I came two nights in a row for my birthday (one night with family and the other night with friends). My waitresses were Mia and Jade. They were sensational!!! Mia was amazing and remembered I ordered the chocolate dipped strawberries for the next evening and made sure to have them prepared and ready to go. Jade went above and beyond for my birthday bringing me beautifully decorated plates. They made my birthday weekend so special!! I miss the Darien location in the sense that it wasn’t this easily accessible haha. They will get tired of seeing my face (especially at happy hour!)“

“My husband surprised me with a dinner gathering at Red Lotus. Immediately upon walking in we were greeted by two staff members and the owner Larry. Gary was our server who I must say was by far the best server we have ever had. Gary and Larry truly made us feel like we were the only ones there (they had a full house) the food was delicious we were a party of 8 and all had different plates none of us were disappointed with our food. The presentation of the plates were beautiful! Larry made sure to come to our table and assure we were satisfied with our food and service took time out to talk with us and build a relationship. “I ordered tea online on a whim, and wow, am I impressed! I live in central Massachusetts but I will most definitely take a drive down to Connecticut to see the cafe in person. The teas are divine, and the chocolate is out of this world. I could tell that it was packaged with love and care, could literally feel the good vibes oozing out of the box into the air. I already signed up for the tea journey subscription box and will likely be a lifelong customer. If you are looking for high quality tea, you’re in the right place!“

“If it were not for Alisha, I doubt this experience would be notable or memorable. On the surface, this is just a regular diner, a place I stopped by while hungry. I entered with no expectations. However, Alisha was beyond incredible. She was attentive, caring, patient (I take a while to read the menu) (it's a problem), and always there when we needed her. She made me feel like I was her only table on a busy Saturday morning, even though I could see how busy she was you'd never tell by her service. The food was fine. But Alisha was exceptional. I don't think I would have considered returning, but having her as my server, they can definitely expect me again (as long as she's serving). Very diner. I've never left a review before, but she was so incredible it had to be known.“

“We went here for a work outing and it worked out perfectly! We were a party of 10 and the service was great. The wait staff was attentive & accommodating to everyone's requests. We were never left waiting for a wait person to come around. The food was tasty on top of that. The food is standard steak house flair and everything was flavored nicely. To top it all off, they had a couple nice IPA choices. Just enough to compliment the good food. Stop in for a work gathering or family dinner!“

“I first saw Moon Rocks Gourmet Cookies at a craft show at the High Plains Community Center. I tried a sampler of six (out of the eight available) flavors: • Traditional chocolate chip • Salted caramel • S'mores • Cannoli • Blueberry lemon • Orange creamsicle The other flavors were oatmeal raisin walnut and peanut butter chocolate chip. The six flavors I had were absolutely amazing. The cookies were light and flavorful, absolutely delicious. They make gift baskets too, so you can share the goodness. Highly recommended.“

“I walked here from the train station one night when my train was delayed and it was very easy to walk to from the train station. The lady behind the counter was very helpful and I wanted a chicken Parm and fries so she suggested the perfect combo that was affordable for what I wanted. She was very accommodating to my cravings and made the food to go so I could sit down and eat but take it to go if I didn't finish and needed to catch the train“

“I held the welcome party for my wedding at this restaurant’s private room as we were all staying at the Courtyard by Marriott Shelton only steps away. Their unlimited pizza selection had a nice mix of pies and they had a great menu to choose from. We ended up adding the chicken alfredo full tray and it was delicious.

The vibe was very laid back and relaxed which was perfect to catch up with friends and family. The wine selection was great and the room was spacious enough for our group of ~30-35. The staff were friendly and extremely communicative during both the booking process and on the day of. I would definitely recommend this location for an intimate gathering!“

“Today was our first time in a Shake Shack Restaurant. Ordering was a quick process and our food was ready within a good 10 minutes or so? I ordered the Smoke Shack Double with French Fries and a 50/50 Lemonade/Iced Tea. My fiancé ordered a 6 piece of Chicken Bites….Hot, Juicy and Delicious.
