“We have been coming to David's place for a long time - usually very good. This time (7/23) was not the greatest. Ordered sea food salad roll toasted. It was not toasted and they have changed the sea food salad since last month. It was really good before - now it's more "Stop and Shop" type salad with big chunks. Before it was chopped up small and had a delicious taste. Also the chips were obviously the "bottom of the bag" ones. Sorry - just disappointed. We drove quite a few miles to eat there.“

The food choices range from some comfort food to fresh gourmet flavors and all has a high quality presentation and never skimp on flavor. Perfect sized portions. A great drink selection. The staff is so helpful and so friendly and go the extra mile to make sure your taken care of. Highly recommend!“

“What a fabulous place to have a great lunch with a view. I had a special seafood quiche which was filled with spinach, shrimp and scallops, topped with an excellent sauce, with a side of fresh fruit. The price was right and Angelina took great care of us. Can't wait to go again.

“Lobster ? roll absolutely delicious! It was warm and buttery and filled with lots of lobster on a medium roll. Thankfully not another "lobster roll" on a hotdog bun. Definitely recommend to anyone stopping by in the area for Foxwoods or Mohegan. This tastes way better than what they serve at the casino and at a reasonable price.

The seafood platter and hush puppies were great. Fish was so light, compared to other places that over batter. I saw a few reviews bashing the coleslaw, but it was great. I prefer the healthier, vinegar based slaw, found at most bbq places. We hope to try their lobster bisque and clam chowder next season!“

“Ty let us know his owner Stephanie fesko ( who scares him and he didnt wanna lose his job) breaks ADA laws by not allowing us and our well trained service dogs to eat inside where it's cool on a hot summer day as we drove by. We were discriminated and he didn't want to lose his job. We feel bad for Ty and hope he is able to get a better job with people that appreciate his work effort and dont make him break laws. Keep on driving by this discriminatory cafe. What a joke.“

“Very tasty food and nice atmosphere.“

“Huge portions, fresh, great tasting sea food. From blackened salmon to fried clam strips (my go to meal), you can't go wrong! The pasta with clams, muscles, shrimp and scallops in a delicate garlicky and wine broth is a nice change of pace from my usual, and if I had a larger stomach, I'd order it every time too. The Appetizers are also unique. The jerk-octopus is outstanding and there are always daily specials, and unique holiday items on the menu. The lobster rolls are so stuffed with lobster, I almost feel like I'm cheating because I'm not wrestling the lobster to get at the meat, and then I'm finish too soon, but I can't stop eating them. They just added chicken wings to the menu with a variety of sauces that I'm going to try on my next visit. There are many more things on the menu, but I'm a creature of habit and tend to stick with my faves. Finally, the view is outstanding overlooking the boat slips and water, and the staff is always friendly and and work hard to make your experience worth every penny.“

“The bathroom was a sauna, but we received a great home cooked meal. Filled our belly's. This is not a fancy place. The food isn't plated fancy. I would eat there every time i was in the area. Great food. Big menu. And its a fun menu.“

“My wife and I just moved to Norwich and were on the hunt for a regular pizza place, and I think we found it in Asylum Street Pizza. We ordered online for delivery, so the rating for atmosphere is mostly just reiteration for service. The shop was out of a dessert option and called immediately to offer a replacement. Both the worker on the phone and their delivery driver were extremely kind and polite. Delivery was quick, and the food was delicious.“

“I got the Fish and Chips last night 09/03/2024. Everything was cooked perfectly and the portions were quite big. I usually don’t get to have seafood because I moved down south near Asheville, NC but this place made one of my favorite meals (that I don’t get to have too often anymore) perfectly even the fries were cooked perfectly. “BEST Chinese food in the area, hands down. Stopped by for lunch on a whim, and I'm so glad we did. The restaurant is not very street visible, but it is right next to the nail salon. Customer service was excellent! We ordered pork and cabbage bao buns, beef and cabbage bao buns, chicken lo mein, and general tso chicken. Let me tell you, it is fresh!“

“This place was great. There are great choices on the menu. I really enjoyed the stuffed grape leaves. It was the only item I remembered to take a photo of before digging in. The chicken lemon soup is a must try as well. My favourite so far though was the moussaka pizza. It was light cheesy and delicious. The staff was friendly. The restaurant was clean and well lit. Food came well within a reasonable time. I look forward to another visit before the end of this trip.
