“We have been coming to David's place for a long time - usually very good. This time (7/23) was not the greatest. Ordered sea food salad roll toasted. It was not toasted and they have changed the sea food salad since last month. It was really good before - now it's more "Stop and Shop" type salad with big chunks. Before it was chopped up small and had a delicious taste. Also the chips were obviously the "bottom of the bag" ones. Sorry - just disappointed. We drove quite a few miles to eat there.“

“My wife and I went here for one of the stops on our honeymoon. The golf cart ride from the remote parking lot was relaxing. We had a water front seat It was absolutely breathtaking. The food was amazing the waiter was friendly and took time to answer any questions we had. We will be back one of the best seafood restaurants we’ve been to.“

Tia Lobster Roll Season The Dock Restaurant 👍🏾 Town of Waterford, CT This evening Tiana and I dropped into The Dock Restaurant located on the Niantic River in the Town of Waterford. The Dock is a seasonal spot specializing in seafood so I had to go try out their Lobster Roll and much more. I arrived hungry and ready to eat so Tiana and I ordered and reviewed: 1. Cup Lobster Bisque $8.00 👎🏾 2. Side of Clam Strips $13.00 👍🏾 3. (2) Hot Lobster Roll w/fries $33.00ea 💣 After ordering our food we walked to the dining area and picked out our table overlooking the Niantic River and patiently waited for our order number to be called. Once called we carefully escorted the tray of seafood delight to our table and I started with the Lobster Roll. I was pleasantly surprised that the lobster meat was sitting on top quality rolls. The delicious lobster Roll was paired with delicious French fries and it earned a bomb.💣 I moved onto the Lobster Bisque and I think it would have been delicious if it hadn't been served "chilled". Getting served cold lobster bisque was quickly followed by thumbs down. 👎🏾 Finally, Tiana and I added lemon to the Clam strips and we ate the whole basket.😎 They were very good so that easily earned a thumbs up. 👍🏾 The Dock Restaurant serves up great seafood and the atmosphere is absolutely beautiful when the weather is nice. I really look forward to visiting this spot many more times this summer so be on the lookout for me. “The food is decent. We got a small pizza, foot long hotdog and a chicken sandwich. Pizza was good. Hotdog is a hotdog. Chicken sandwich was huge, but the waitress was older with no personality. Borderline unfriendly.
Worth a second trip if someone else waits on us.“

“Food and service are always wonderful. One of my favorite breakfast spots. The food is always consistently great and the staff is efficient and professional. They always make sure your coffee is full and take care of any issues quickly and make sure they can accommodate any customers that come in. My son is in love with their chocolate chip pancakes! They also make amazing breakfast sandwiches and my favorite is their eggs bennidict.

“We just took my daughter for her 17th birthday, she originally wanted sushi. She looked at the menu and immediately changed her mind and chose to try her first seafood boil! She absolutely LOVED IT! The servers are fast and friendly and the food is GREAT! She chose snow crab legs and black mussels, my boyfriend had a crab cluster combo and I had a sausage boil combo. Everything was absolutely delicious and reasonably priced. We will 100% be coming back!!!! Highly recommend!“

“01.26.25- 'Big Al's Reel Reviews' - Little Galapagos Restaurant ❤️ City of New London ❤️ I dropped into The Little Galapagos Restaurant this evening to review a couple of their popular menu items which were Chicken Wings, Thai Chilli Sauce followed by Carne Asada Ecuadorians Style meal that was actually really Dope ❤️ however the Chicken wings were not great at all so they earned a Thumbs 👎🏾 The atmosphere and service was really dope there and I am sure that had I ordered anything else on the menu besides the Wings would have been just as good as the Carne Asada. “I took my wife and kids there for my wife's birthday. Worst experience we've ever had at a hibachi. Extremely over priced to start with. The cooking part was awful. There was no vegetable toss even though they were prepared and ready on the cart. The cook also did not do the sake part or offer water for the kids. The food had a very bland taste to it . The server never even checked on us we had to get their attention to get a glass of water. My wife was extremely disappointed and so we're our kids. I asked to speak with the manager, and was told our chef was the manager. Overall it was a very disappointing experience and would not recommend.“
