“This is a hidden gem! We're back in Connecticut after many years and were looking for some authentic regional pizza and came upon Asylum Street Pizza. We were greeted immediately and the staff had definitive answers to our questions. We asked for a recommendation and were served with a straight-from-the-oven delicious "the works" pizza. “Very decent and simple spot. Very towny and original. If you want to get a feel for New England, small town vibe, this is the spot. The people are really nice there, and their coffee is AMAZING. Their menu selection is varied and you can also ask for a combination of dishes to make it your own. They do have enough parking, and the owner is very down to Earth. We like to go to places like these before we go out to drive around or plan to travel.“

And yes although the food is absolutely amazing, the bartenders and staff there are some of the hardest and most dedicated workers i have ever seen in the food and beverage industry!
