We went to Abbott's based on a recommendation from a family member. We were looking for a hot buttered lobster roll and the one here delivered (we got the middle sized - called OMG). It came with chips and cole slaw. We hate inside, but still got a great view of the boats in the marina.
Not sure what is with the recent negative reviews but we had a great dinner! My cousin had the lobster roll and I had the short rib sandwich. Both came with coleslaw and chips. We enjoyed our food outside soaking in the lovely scenery. My only complaint was that there are no lids for the drinks. My root beer was hijacked by at least 14 yellow jackets.

Was disappointed in the lobster , after seeing on the Food Network, or some other foodie channel, I wanted to try it. Unfortunately, the one that they talked about Abbotts in the rough, was closed for the season. I did have a great location right on the Mystic River, the service was good in Lobster rollwas average.
