“So very disappointed. Was there with a disabled person and treated terribly by customers and wait staff. Food was not good and service was terrible. Have been there previously and had a much better experience. I am not sure what changed but definitely will not go back or recommend this place if the same rude waitress is there. So very disappointed.“

“Absolutely amazing experience! Planning a secret 80th birthday celebration for my father from 200 miles away in NJ, they made this event memorable in many ways. Jerry, Alyssa, and the whole family and staff went over the top. They provided us with a dedicated area and servers that didn’t miss a step. The texture, temperature, and seasoning of each dish were delectable and authentic. Jerry’s meatballs were all that. Cannoli’s the best we’ve had. “Love Ballo but really disappointed with how much the menu keeps changing. They charge now for house bread and took off the garlic bread. Got rid of shrimp scampi. Now got rid of chicken francaise which was Amazing there and our go to. Also used to have an amazing cheese and meat platter appetizer and that was removed. Wish some of those would be put back on. With so much change there really isn’t anything appealing to me now. This was our spot for anniversaries, birthdays, and lots of date nights.“

“I used to go here all the time. I used to pay 10 bucks or less for 2 slices and a soda, but now I paid 15 bucks for 2 slices of pizza and 2 sodas. Yikes! Good pizza, just now pricey. I think the soda costs more than the slices. No soda for me next time. I'm not a huge fan of crust (it's bland), but that's my personal opinion. NY style, and I love ny style.“
