“A culinary delight! I took my family to Oyster Club on a Saturday evening after some shopping in Mystic and had a wonderful experience. The oyster happy hour was fantastic. As a raw oyster enthusiast, I was elated at the quality and price. I had a dozen oysters myself and had to stop myself from getting more- they were SO GOOD! The blackfish I had for dinner was excellent. The ramp hummus was a real highlight. For dessert, we had the maple ice cream which was the most delicious ice cream I have ever had. It was a real treat to come here. You can tell that the food is made with heart and served with genuine warmth and enthusiasm. I’ll definitely be back soon.“

“A very cozy and vibey coffee house. Stopped in a few times while staying in town for the week and had an amazing experience each time. The food and drinks were phenomenal, I got a hot peanut butter cup latte with oat milk and a plain bagel with cream cheese and my friend got an egg and cheese breakfast sandwich on a biscuit. As far as I saw the breakfast sandwiches aren’t on any menus inside (I might be blind though) but they do make them and are 10/10. Dunkin dreams of making sandwiches that delicious that don’t wreak havoc on you.

The gift shop was wonderful to browse while finishing my drink and I did leave with a few pieces of jewelry and a travel mug momento.

Overall a great place to get a bite to eat, and somewhere I will visit anytime I’m in the area.“

We indulged in a variety of IPAs at this charming classic home, built in the 18th century New England style. The layout was superb, offering plenty of tables and seats to choose from. The bartender, Justin, proudly informed us that all the murals were original, leaving us in awe! They were reminiscent of the Wadsworth Atheneum (CT), showcasing their age and historical significance. Whether you’re here for the beer or not, this building is worth exploring with its iconic status. What an incredible opportunity to tour such a historic gem! We’ll definitely return to enjoy more delicious beer.“

“We just took my daughter for her 17th birthday, she originally wanted sushi. She looked at the menu and immediately changed her mind and chose to try her first seafood boil! She absolutely LOVED IT! The servers are fast and friendly and the food is GREAT! She chose snow crab legs and black mussels, my boyfriend had a crab cluster combo and I had a sausage boil combo. “i just wanted to shoutout Jake's Diner for their above and beyond customer service. i placed an order on door dash because I had knee surgery and its a rainy day. The door dash driver delivered me someone else order from a whole different place and then tried to blame it on the restaurant. when I called the restaurant they made me a whole new fresh order and even delivered it to me and they dont even deliver. That type of service is rare now a days. I will continue to support our local businesses. Thank you so much!“

“Its a binary option; take it or drive around the long way …DUH. The RV ticketing contrast between Cross Sound and Cape May/Lewes is night and day. On Cross Sound, rigs that are 23’ or longer you can only phone order your ticket (and pay double the price). No rhyme or reason why; operator takes the same information and enters it instead of you doing it online. Office hours are yours to guess…not listed. Just remember no guns and shut off your propan.“

My kids were thrilled with the colorful, fun options and couldn't stop talking about the unique toppings they got to choose from. “I found this little pub while I was on a date on my birthday. The atmosphere and crowd was pretty decent. most of all, I love the fact that they do live performances. Unfortunately for me the person who I was with wasn't feeling the music and wanted to leave. Honestly, I should've ditched her ass instead and vibe out with another chick that night (something that my gut feeling was screaming at me to do). If I ever get another opportunity come to this pub, I might just change the star rating.“

“Its harder and harder to find GOOD beer. Beer'd always delivers with an exceptional IPA menu, unique seasonal brews and always Midnight Oil... one of the best oatmeal stouts I've had. The culinary scene in coastal Connecticut is incredible, these guys definitely deliver the brews to start off any night or enjoy with the best dinner. “We had a reservation for dinner on a Saturday night at 6 so no wait time to be seated. No issues finding parking, they have a small parking lot in front and in the back that is reserved for their customers and other shops in that building. Menu is upscale American overall everything was good. I was disappointed they were out of the mussels I was looking forward to trying those. Deviled were beautifully presented, hush puppies were delicious and the pan seared scallops were cooked perfectly.“

“I went here with my family and let me tell you, it is the definition of FEEL GOOD PLACE! It is a cozy little cafe with 80’s or maybe earlier, handheld games spread throughout the cafe. While we waited we enjoyed playing many games I hadn’t played in years! While we were just chit chatting, all the sudden marshmallow come flying at us! My daughter thought it was so cool, we looked over to see one of the ladies shooting them from behind the counter. She came over a little while later to squirt ketchup and mustard at us, it was a prank but very funny! It was really just a string. To top it off, she brings a small claw machine so my daughter could play it and win some prizes. We found out that they feed squirrels that come up to the window, so we inquired and one of the women tried to get the squirrel to come so we could see it. Unfortunately it did not happen but honestly, just left feeling like my soul was warmed. The food was amazing! The coffee was hot and all the women working there were truly a delight! I wish I lived closer, I’d definitely become a regular. Best part- aside from taking some photos for memories, no one was on their phone. Just really enjoying the cafe and experience.“

There are not that many Italian restaurants without having to drive a distance, that can live up to the quality of their meals. The owner , chefs and staff are very accommodating.“
