Update has improved enough food portions are reasonable and purchased many times and the portions have never been miserable.
We visited this location earlier this week and there was an unfortunate computer failure during the lunch rush. I wish I saw this man’s name tag, I assume he was the owner or manager, but he was diligently trying to fix the situation. It sucks how much they skimp you out here. I get more food on a $13 bowl in person then a $25 bowl online (before any fees btw) and I'm not even exaggerating. They ignore things extra rice, cheese, and would even skimp you out on meat when ordering online. It cost way too much money for them to be playing with me like that. Today sealed the deal my bowl was absolutely pathetic for $25.

The food is good and fresh and flavorful. Just bowl and hope whoever made it lives a beautiful life. Wait times are extremely long and the line is always busy. The staff are young and the staff are not the friendliest, especially the females, and they didn't want to be there. Portions are very tight, especially lettuce and meat, but the meat is always fresh. It is a little expensive but the food is good.
