I placed an order online either thru Popeyes site or when u google Popeyes it has option to place an order. So I clicked place an order for PICKUP not delivery. When u click pickup it has DoorDash, grubhub same as for delivery . So I place my order and when I went inside I told Indian guy I’m here for pickup mobile order Michelle. So it’s not quite ready yet. I even told him if I can exchange dessert for cheese bites they are same price and he said yes he can do that

Multiple times I have gone and my order has not been correct, or a food item has been missing and I’ve had to go back, or I’m given a biscuit that could be used as a hockey puck
Perfect experience. We ordered just the ala carte chicken (+ biscuits) and they were all thighs as requested and they were still hot.
