“Our party was saved!! We had a food truck cancel the morning of our party. We scrambled to find a truck as many couldn't help out in such short notice. But Azteca was happy to support our party with only 4 hours notice. They arrived promptly, set up quickly, and began serving our guests right away. The owner, Freddy, was very polite and professional as was his crew. The food was amazing and on point! I cannot thank Azteca enough for helping out in such short notice and making our party a success. I highly recommend them!!“

“I went into this Taco Bell today and I usually use the app and order my food and just pick it up. The workers are usually nice and today I forgot to switch out a certain protein in my tacos, but because I did it through the app I wasn’t able to do a refund in store. I had to do it through the app, but Taco Bell’s app is not designed for everyone. It is a very complicated app and does not give you the option to do an immediate refund And there is no contact information in the app for corporate or anything of that nature but the manager there was being very kind and understanding and used her own employee meal so that I could have the protein I wanted in my tacos, which she didn’t have to do. It’s crazy that the corporation and people that own certain Taco Bell‘s can be so nonchalant when it comes to the refunds of their apps, and I understand, there are hiccups like people trying to scam so it doesn’t really fall on the owner as much as the corporation because the corporation can always find better solutions without making it more complicated for the owners, the workers and the customers altogether That manager is a great customer service representative because even though I wasn’t the greatest customer, she still went out of her way to help me as much as she could“

I usually get the enchiladas huertenas because I can't decide if the mole, red sauce, or green sauce is better; they are all equally wonderful. So are their tender, flavorful tamales. even their chips & salsa are a cut above. Pickup during the pandemic is fast and painless, which we appreciate.“

We are from the south and we have yet to find a good Mexican style restaurant here in ct.
The tacos are a 7/10 the tortillas are store bought. The tacos are double tortillas so
It fills you up faster. The meat is fresh. Steak, fajita, Pastor, Tripa, even the fish is grilled here. My husband likes their fish tacos, menudo and the tripa tacos are one of his favorites.
The pinto beans are fresh.
The Rice is not good at all. It tastes like plastic without seasoning. . That’s why the the 4 stars.
When we go as a family we just go for the tacos.
And their menudo. The staff speaks both English and Spanish. They welcome all but the kids need to be seated at all times. The food coming out is HOT.“

I had the chicken quesadilla (with extra jalapeños) and my friend had the biggest and most delicious taco salad I have ever seen. The shredded chicken in the quesadilla was perfectly cooked, tender and juicy. Definitely a place to come back to!“

Dietary restrictions: We have nut and dairy allergies so plenty here for us like chicken, black beans, guacamole, pico.

If you want to sip margaritas out of a fish bowl and guacamole made table side then Puerto Vallarta and Azteca might be for you. But if you’re looking for the best authentic Mexican fare the Berlin Turnpike has to offer, look no further the Salsa 4 Taqueria! It’s a hole in wall that you would drive by if you weren’t looking for it. I had beef empanadas, a trio of tacos, el pastor, pork belly, and deep fried shrimp. I’ve never been to Mexico but I imagine this is what I would get on the streets there. Be prepared to wait for your food. Empanadas are made to order and the corn taco shells are pressed and cooked to order with a choice of soft or crunchy! The el pastor was very flavorful, pork belly with a nice char on the outside melts in your mouth, the batter fried shrimp were large and delicious, shredded beef in the empanadas was braised to perfection! Sorry for the lack of pictures, I dug in before it crossed my mind. Yes, it’s that good!“
