“This is my second five star review of the month. If you know anything about my reviews, you know that I’m pretty strict with how I review my food choices. Was going by this place at 6:30 AM and greeted with a very kind and happy person.The manager or owner was super friendly with me, explained everything to me and even gave me a few toppings on the house because it was my first time. I got an açai bowl that knocked my socks off. It was full of great granola and seeds and peanut butter. I couldn’t have asked for a better breakfast. And top it all off. They had great strong coffee. I’m super happy with the experience I had at blend healthy spot. I will definitely highly recommend this to anyone that’s looking for a great healthy alternative for breakfast.“

“As a former military serviceman I walked in and immediately felt at home. This place pays tribute to servicemen and women like few others. The service was amazing, the gentleman behind the counter was one of the nicest I’ve come across. He was prompt and attentive and kept a smile on. “The ice cream is great! I love to support local, but the sllooowwww service needs to change! Two girls at the window, moving very slow, with no care in the world! The owner, outside talking to an obvious friend that is in line, not stopping to say I should go inside and help. We waited about a half hour to just get to the window to order, and there was only three people in front of us.“

“So, I have to be honest I don’t drink. So I can’t really speak on the beer. I came here specifically because of the gluten free pizza.
I’ve tried so many different gluten free pizzas all around the state. My wife is GF. I belong to a Facebook group that recommends different spots throughout the state.
I had heard this was the spot.
Ordered two pies, wife got a cider and I got a soda.
Let me tell you, this is hands down the best gluten free pizza I’ve had the pleasure of eating. It was so good that I had to personally thank the team that was making the pizzas.
I’m going to highly recommend this place solely on the GF pies. I can’t express it enough how difficult it’s been to find one as good as this.

“Great service and food. I’m guessing it was the owner that handled my order because he really knew his stuff. Answered all questions and was very friendly. Fresh, delicious ingredients. Half priced fresh boba tea during happy hour. Excellent convenient location on Main Street. If you like poke bowls then you’re in the right spot. The only thing is the place could use more regular cleaning of their tables and maybe some shades for the windows during the summer.“

“I want to start off by saying that I go to Patty cakes all the time in Rocky Hill and Glastonbury and they are very professional. Their egg sandwiches are amazing and their bakery department as well. The staff is very nice. I highly recommend patty cakes.

“Recently popped in during an event, and tried their pineapple and kiwi cider, which knocked my socks off. Wish they sold cans because I definitely would’ve bought a four pack. Also got to try some of their false spiced one, which was a little less sweet, but reminded me so much of an apple cider doughnut.

“Food was so good we got 3 dishes eggs are up in price you pay 1.5/2 extra onto of priced foods. FIRST restaurant I've been too that has done that, they also charge for a cup to bring home your coffee. Besides these cheap expenses they pass on to the customer I still recommend you give them a try.. also they use margin instead of real butter on the toast even if you ask for butter which is dissapointing.“

“Picked up lunch today and brought it home. Excellent food! The goobkwr was outstanding and hubby loves the jalapeno popper dog. Also got Mac & cheese and the baked beans which I highly recommend and of course the salty balls. Had to also get the T-shirt too. Best food in the area. Makes me miss summer cookouts and was a nice break for all the holiday craziness and foods.“
