“There is no other restaurant in northern CT that makes me more excited to visit than Germains. Every single item on the menu is incredible, all of the weekly specials are sensational and the entire staff is friendly, helpful and take pride in the service they provide. Germains is the template of how the modern breakfast, brunch, family owned restaurant should be run. Prices are fair, the website is always updated and the team is not afraid to delve into unique and exciting creations for the foodies of the world. Let me put it like this… when Jesus held the last supper I would not have been surprised if he was serving Germains catering. If I was a convict on death row I would very very much consider a Germains special to be my last meal. If I were to describe a perfect day it would be a Germains breakfast sandwich, a round of golf, a Germains lunch wrap followed by an afternoon on the lake. This place is incredible! 11/10 recommend and thank you for all you do! My only ask is maybe consider opening on Sundays 😉”

“Great spot for cayy out breakfast sandwiches. They're made with good bread, very customizable with lots of options for toppings, cheese etc. Great selection of unique chips, snacks and beverages. They always have the latest ghost energy drinks as well, which I appreciate!”

“My husband and I go there nearly every Sunday for our “date day” and the waitresses are all super friendly and accommodating. They give you a lot of food and the home fries are perfect! We started going there because we hate all the local places home fries. They are well done and seasoned just right! The food ALWAYS comes out very quickly! Definitely recommend going here.”

“I was first exposed to Those Guys Coffee at Fire by Forge restaurant and café in Hartford, where I tried several of their coffees -- drip, pourover, and espresso. I fell in love. All roasts I have tried have been balanced, flavorful, and soulful. I've started by buying their beans at The Grocery on Broad, also in Hartford (next to Fire by Forge). I mostly use it for espresso at home, and it is great. Those Guys have become my go-to local coffee roaster.”

“Was cruising, looking to buy eggs from local farms and saw this place on the way. We bought the strawberry rhubarb pie… the best thing I’ve ever eaten! My family devoured this pie within 2 days and I’m so sad because I ate the last slice! Instructions were precise! I will definitely buy more!!!”

“Dunkin is definitely my quick go-to in terms of convenience and affordability. If you're a frequent visitor like me, I recommend using the app to gain points for free items. They have coffee, sandwiches, donuts, and more. I've driven by this location many times. The parking lot size is decent and getting in and out of the drive through isn't a problem. The customer service was good and efficient. My hot coffee was tasty. Overall, a standard Dunkin and I had a good experience so far.”

“Bruno’s Cafe I don't know where to start at all. They had good coffee, amazing service, the whole staff were great. I met them at a car event they made the whole time great. “Dirk & Co prepared an outstanding menu for my wife’s birthday party- we had 18 people and everyone commented how great the food and tastes were- a few said they were not fans of Thai cuisine before they tried the Green Papayas food… and even they came away big fans! “We had a wonderful experience at George’s today. At a party of 6 adults, and 2 toddlers, we were very happy to sit down soon after arriving. We had a knowledgeable waitress who accommodated our special dietary needs. The food was delicious and enjoyed by all of our group. We would highly recommend this super, hometown feel, very professional restaurant for everyone! (And I totally felt comfortable eating their gluten free options)”
