“I went through drive through to get a cup of hot chocolate, no whip cream. The cup wasn’t even filled up. I’ve noticed this at other locations as well, not just here. People are spending money, at least make sure the cups are just about full. Just something to consider.“
“First time I do mobile order at this location. Ordered Matcha Ice latte and a green goddess wrap. Good service my order was perfect, didn’t have to wait for my order. There is outlets for charching our devices while having our snacks or drinks. Excellent for when we are on the go working/studying.
Parking: Plenty and free parking lot.
Kid-friendliness: This location is good to go with friends and family and enjoy a donut coffee or any drink.“
“Came from the other Dunkin in front of Walmart because of terrible service where the employee told me he couldn't take my order on his register and couldn't pay in cash and we needed to use the kiosk.On the other hand this shop neither had the front register open but the lady took my order on the drive thru register and I was able to pay that way. I have the app but my friend was inviting me and she wanted to use cash hence our desire to walk in.“
“So I was really having a bad day today and I stopped at this location and I don’t usually come here but had to drop some stuff to my mom but the girls on shift were so friendly and bubbly I left with a whole different attitude I appreciate the kindness that they displayed smiles def go a long way“
“I love Dunkin Donuts but you have to be careful which one you go to I frequent at least three or four of them in the one on Elm Street in West Haven they can't keep workers and they don't do your orders right I don't know why I don't know what's going on with them that used to be a really really good spot but they've gone“
“I go there just about everyday, the staff in there right now could not be any more friendly. The food and Coffee are always good. But the staff there now February 20, 2025 are the nicest people.
The place is small, the friendly atmosphere makes it well worth it. We have a laugh before we start the day this is the best DD I have been in.

“This place ALWAYS makes my coffee correctly the first time ! The staff is friendly and this one girl I recently saw was so fast like an octopus or robot fast efficient and does multiple things at once faster than your average Dunkn employee“
“The very kind, very professional, inviting and knowledgeable middle-aged black man was the best dunkin' donuts associates I've encountered all 50 years I've been here. From start to finish he was a delight and it was refreshing having such a positive individual work on my order. And he finished it off by stirring my coffee as if I was in a coffee shop. “We go here Monday thru Friday mornings. The people who work here are great. It does get busy often. This place has been here for years. I do miss the seating in the window area. It is small and it's only take out, but they help us get our day going with fast and friendly service!!

“I love this store in general because I work down the street from here so I get my morning Double D fix every morning and I love the fact that half of the time I walk in a certain worker already knows what I want plus to make sure that's what I want instead assuming it she said the regular and I love that and it's hard to find that service anymore“
