“I went through drive through to get a cup of hot chocolate, no whip cream. The cup wasn’t even filled up. I’ve noticed this at other locations as well, not just here. People are spending money, at least make sure the cups are just about full. Just something to consider.“
“I came to this location on 1-2-26. I visited at 3:13 pm. A great young gentleman named Delnacer served me with the up most respect. He was so kind and got my order correct the first time. I ordered a sandwich and it was absolutely delicious!! I would Love to see more employees like this young man work at this location. I will definitely be coming back as long as he’s working!!!“
“I love Dunkin Donuts but you have to be careful which one you go to I frequent at least three or four of them in the one on Elm Street in West Haven they can't keep workers and they don't do your orders right I don't know why I don't know what's going on with them that used to be a really really good spot but they've gone“
“Came from the other Dunkin in front of Walmart because of terrible service where the employee told me he couldn't take my order on his register and couldn't pay in cash and we needed to use the kiosk.On the other hand this shop neither had the front register open but the lady took my order on the drive thru register and I was able to pay that way. I have the app but my friend was inviting me and she wanted to use cash hence our desire to walk in.“
“I go there just about everyday, the staff in there right now could not be any more friendly. The food and Coffee are always good. But the staff there now February 20, 2025 are the nicest people.
The place is small, the friendly atmosphere makes it well worth it. We have a laugh before we start the day this is the best DD I have been in.
If there owner reads this post, hold on to the people you have right now you are very fortunate , there are actually good for business.“
“Busy small place due to location. Barely 5 people can stand inside. Not sure - but I ordered regular small coffee with milk and sugar - the coffee was more on the bitter side and not tasting great - not sure if was the coffee roast or brew . Forgot to take picture.“
“This Dunkin Donuts is always super busy , with 3 people, one at the window , one at the counter and one floating btwn register, drinks and food , everyone is working together and the person who took my order made sure to acknowledge us waiting and to say they would be right with us , which they did , pleasantly and making sure our order was correct.. Great job everyone, thanks for the food.“
“The very kind, very professional, inviting and knowledgeable middle-aged black man was the best dunkin' donuts associates I've encountered all 50 years I've been here. From start to finish he was a delight and it was refreshing having such a positive individual work on my order. And he finished it off by stirring my coffee as if I was in a coffee shop. “Very satisfied with my visit. The employee was quick to take and serve me my order which included both an ice coffee and food that were both custom to my liking and he made both successfully without any mistakes nor took any extra time either. So 5 stars definitely for this location.“
“We go here Monday thru Friday mornings. The people who work here are great. It does get busy often. This place has been here for years. I do miss the seating in the window area. It is small and it's only take out, but they help us get our day going with fast and friendly service!!

“Listen, the ladies were super sufficient and personable I almost wanted to stay longer to charge my phone but I didn't need to the service was that good. They got my butter pecan iced coffee order correct, naturally the wake up wrap is greasy but they got my cheese right and the hash browns were not burnt nor salty. Everything tastes better when the customer service is top tieriest and super friendly as well, as well sanitized. And that's exactly how my experience went. Can't wait to go again for the same exact order Everytime. So glad Donkin has butter pecan flavor all year around. Summer and spring time wasn't enough for me. Thanks.“

“I never thought I’d be a person who had a favorite Dunkin’ Donuts, but look at the freaking situation I’m in now. I’ve been going here on and off for years, and for whatever reason it is, like, the best every time. They decorate for holidays, they dress up in silly outfits. Everyone is friendly and funny and kind. I honestly look forward to coming here on the rare occasion I’m craving Dunkin’. This place rocks.“
