“It was my first time going to a Popeyes and I loved it. The chicken sandwich was very soft and crunchy but melted in your mouth with the mayo, but my Mac n cheese was sort of sad and very creamy but very very cheesy. I received my order within 30 seconds of ordering and the restaurant despite being in a somewhat sketchy area was nice inside and very clean and welcoming. Loved it here, definitely coming back“
“I’d like to give a shout out to Ms. Regina. I was a little under the weather and randomly stopped in for a nostalgic pick me up. She ensured my chicken and biscuit were especially fresh and I appreciated that.
I felt Ms. Regina’s sincerity of wanting to ensure her customers satisfaction. She consistently provided stellar service with warmth and a smile. I was also able to observe her interaction with her staff and I was equally impressed. Great job Ms Regina!“
“Warning: Although the manager isn’t friendly and rude the staff does not merit a bad review. Instead I just stopped coming here and I went to the other chicken place.
Sure the $6 meal is back and it’s delicious, it is not worth it if they forget to pack the fries or a side dish. That’s what happened to me and since I was stopping by there daily or every other day I did not care.
The next time I went I asked for Jose who is the one who helped me most of the week. He wasn’t there. Jasmine was working and she knew I was a regular customer. She did not pack my order, so she asked the manager.
When the manager (short lady with black hair) came to me she questioned me as if I was trying to scam Popeyes. I told her Jose had missed putting my fries and told her I was a regular customer. She agreed to let me have the fries I was owed but it came with an attitude and trying to belittle me.
I encourage you to open your box and make sure to double check your order before you leave. No matter how nice Jose and Jasmin are they only hand you the meal.
I have had nothing but great experiences at the red and white chicken place for $1 less.
