“I just wanted to leave a review for Katelyn (might have wrong spelling) but I came in for lunch and my order got messed up but I had no time to go back until after I left work. I stopped in and explained the situation and she was so sweet, made me a coffee, asked if there was anything else she could do. Thank you, Katelyn!!“
“Very pleasant experience. Staff was friendly and very helpful! They were sold out of a few things we ordered, but employees took their time to provide us with plenty of other options which was very helpful and nice of them to do! Will definitely return!

“This Dunkin is the best in New London. Waterford, and any surrounding areas! I stop here multiple days a week on my way to the beach. The staff is phenomenal, and after 20+ years of getting Dunkin, this place is the ONLY one who consistently gets my order right! They are always pleasant, kind and sweet! I will usually go through the drive-thru any chance I get but I will specifically drive any distance I need to and WALK IN to this one just to get my coffee and treat. 5 star rating!!“
