“This is my go to Starbucks. I think the staff does a great job of dealing with walk-in, drive up and mobile orders in a timely manner. Sometimes things take a few extra minutes and that should be expected. If I do end up waiting a bit someone always asks about my order. The staff is always friendly and appreciates a “thank you” for your food or drinks. I appreciate all of them and always have a positive experience! Thank you!“

“Stopped by this Dunkin’ around 5:30am and just wanted to shout out the man working the counter—he was incredibly kind and had such a calm, welcoming energy. It’s not often you get that kind of warmth so early in the morning, but he greeted me with a genuine smile and handed me my order like he actually cared. Nothing flashy, but those little moments of friendliness go a long way and definitely make me want to come back.“

“Our experience at the Drive-Thru was phenomenal! We were met with a very kind worker who’s enthusiasm made our pit stop 10x happier and really helped make our trip more enjoyable. They were also very welcoming and accommodating when we asked for extra spoons and sauces. The food was good warm and out quick too which is always a plus.“

Happens every year. Also behind the counters looked like a bomb hit. Poor management and organization? Food great management questionable.“

“This is the most consistent and kindest Dunkin' I've ever been to. I pass 5 other locations on my way to work just to pick up at this one. The staff is ALWAYS so kind. The drinks and food are always made exactly the same. Bonus perk: it always remarkably clean as well. I've had crappy mornings where the brief but genuine drive thru interaction I had with the worker brought a smile and some warmth to my chest. I think her name was Arlene or Aileen.
