“The cashier who made my food was extremely nice, nice and clean inside, food was delicious and made right when I ordered it so it was fresh and they put a nice amount of bacon in the bacon rolls. Made the coffee exactly how my wife wanted it. One of the better Dunkin's I've been to.“

“The workers in the front are always so accommodating, and sweet. The decoration in there are always so welcoming and aesthetically pleasing! The coffee is consistent with their taste and has a perfect amount of ice in it!! They also have a large variety of sandwiches and drinks!! Definitely a new bright spot in pawling that I would love to take my friends to hangout with!!“

“I love this place. The owner is friendly and even remembers who I am. I love that it's on my way to work. The food and drinks are amazing. Seriously, the breakfast and lunch sandwiches are delicious. The muffins, bagels, cookies, scones, etc are always fresh. I brought my fiancée, her mom, and grandmother here and they loved it. So happy they are local.“

“I just tried this place for the first time today. I got the Peanut Butter & Banana smoothie bowl, and wow was it tasty. The gentleman went over all the different products they have before I made my choice. I will definitely be back. Check this place out if your in the area.“

“We stumbled upon this gem while visiting Pawling Antiques round the corner and we are thrilled we did!The owner was super sweet and friendly and his young son working with his dad was adorable! The place was busy when we entered but we were still made to feel special and didn't wait long. We plan on coming back regularly as it was a special small local business with a kind owner. Oh yeah...did I mention the coffee was AMAZING??!!! Got the Braziliian blend (I like it bold) and the flavor was fantastic! They even have a room in the back to enjoy a bite or sit and sip. “Overall, we really like Zoe‘s. The ice cream is delicious, pricey yes but considering it’s fresh, it’s worth it. The brownie sundae is ridiculously delicious and serves 2 (unless you don’t want to share). They usually have one or two dairy free flavors, which I appeciate as someone who is unfortunately newly diagnosed as lactose intolerant. I haven’t had too much of their hot food menu, but the lamb burger is consistently delicious and well seasoned & cooked, and my son enjoys their hotdogs and fries. It can get very busy during the summer, so I wish they had more tables on the grass during the busy season. The staff members are always polite and helpful.My one annoyance is that the cashiers, in all of my visits, NEVER give a receipt. This irks me, and as an adult, there’s really nothing stopping me from asking for it. When I went this past Saturday with my son for lunch, I had two separate transactions, one for the hot food and then later one for ice cream. There is a sign on the counter noting a 3.99% discount for cash. I paid cash for the food but have no idea if I actually received the discount because the cashier told me the total and I handed her the money. When it came time to get the ice cream, I used my credit card. Please don’t make your customers ask for a receipt and if you’re going to post a sign with a discount for cash, be sure to apply it.“

“It was busy for the pleasant valley parade and these young adults kept the line going, their people skills, and getting the job done was on point. A kid spilled hot chocolate, mom let them know and left, the guy nicely thanked her and kept his cool and cleaned it and back behind the counter. Phenomenal crew. 12/2/23“

“Delightful staff constantly getting abused by snobby townspeople with nothing better to do than nit pick and expect gourmet from a FAST FOOD PLACE. Everyone loves fast food but loves to sh-t all over the employees. Just because you spend your money on garbage doesn’t give you the right to abuse people. Plus there’s another Dunkin down the road since y’all are never pleased.“

“The morning staff here.. Maddie, Nick, Vincent, Arielle, and Sol are amazing. Non stop, quick, polite, friendly and an amazing team. The inside is kept clean, bathrooms have always been spotless.. (mens anyways) and the staff that are not helping to get the orders out are cleaning. Best DD in NY and the surrounding areas IMHO.“
