“Great burgers! Friendly service“
“I happened to meet Tom Kelly while visiting Newport, RI, where he introduced to this bourbon from my home state of Connecticut. His depth of knowledge about the product intrigued me and I told him that back in Atlanta, I host a monthly meet up dubbed the B4 Group (beef, beer, bourbon & boys.) We, in part, we'll sample about 5 new bourbons each time and we'll try any and all newcomers. Tom suggested we bring a bottle of Litchfield back to toss into the mix, which he helped make it happen. It turned out to be a big hit with the guys and I got to showcase a bourbon from my home state of CT. Thanks again, Tom!“
“Not a wine person. But had to post what a great place and experience this place is. So cool inside and outside. Great whites. I had a whole bottle of Riesling after the flight tasting. All of the whites are delicious. We will be back. Awesome experience.“

“They make the greatest croissants, English muffin bread and bacon egg and cheeses. She makes the croissants and English muffin bread from scratch, and uses the thickest bacon around on her sandwiches. Everyday there’s something new in the baked goods case, and I never regret getting it (cough cough carrot cake cheese cake coffee cake) 🤤. Love hearts is truly a hidden gem“
“SoDelicious has the best scones that I’ve ever had in my life no matter what flavor she makes. They are amazing !!!! today I picked up Ginger lemon scones, fantastic, and the cinnamon buns forget it….. they are out of this world“

“Popped in for a few slices while in town and will be back ASAP. Pizza is not greasy or heavy but tastes very fresh and light. Owners and staff are very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend!“
“Very allergy friendly! I have a severe nut allergy and they made sure to use a different blender for me and kept double checking the modifications I made to the smoothie. It was delicious!! Thank you Evergreen for accommodating! The only thing is they are VERY expensive...“

“The lobster rolls are the best in northwest CT. The shrimp and grits are likely the top 5 I have ever had. Burgers are cooked to your preference. Dry rub wings are delish! Well crafted cocktails that hit the spot. The staff is lovely and attentive. Sunday live music brunch. Thursday nights are raw bar and a great happy hour til 6pm. Always a fun time with great food!“

“A big thanks to the staff at Marty's! I left my planner there over the weekend and they mailed it to me and refused to let me pay for the postage. I don't live close to Marty's, but whenever I'm close by, I stop by for the tasty food (I enjoyed the wheat berry salad this time!) and the friendly atmosphere.“
