“The tea are good with many flavor options however the menu doesn’t specify if the milk tea or milk caps are non dairy even though the associates say so. The apps also doesn’t give users much customization options.“

My only small complaint is that Gong Cha’s prices tend to be a bit on the higher side. It would be nice to see occasional promotions or loyalty perks to make the experience even sweeter.
