There is no signage saying where or how to pick up your order. I skipped the line and went to the register where they usually have the pick up orders waiting. All 4 employees walked by me multiple times doing whatever to avoid eye contact not asking what I need or what am I waiting for. After 5 mins I thought maybe they changed the process and I should wait in line. 3.85 for a veggie taco PLUS 2.95 PER TACO for the smallest serving of guacamole PER TACO?! Absolutely ridiculous almost the cost of a taco for the smallest serving. Poorest customer service ever a complete joke. I can't wait until Chipotle cools it with their pricing or goes under.
