The food was delicious, the decorations were beautiful, the atmosphere was warm and cozy, all of the staff that we encountered were young but surprisingly all so very well mannered, polite and very nice!! We ordered the smashburger and truffle fries… and let me just say — WOW. The smashburger was everything you want in a burger: crispy edges, juicy center, perfectly balanced toppings, and that “I don’t want this to end” factor.
Now let’s talk about those truffle fries. Crispy, golden, and generously seasoned — the kind of fries that make you ignore your burger for a minute because you keep reaching back into the basket. Absolutely addictive.

“OMG!!! I am deliciously happy right now. My first time here so I was wary...I ordered a falafal platter and a baba ganoush. I have been searching for the falafel I grew up eating as a child in Brooklyn and I have finally found it!!! Perfect combination of favas and chickpeas (most places omit the fava). The tahini sauce was perfect too! Usually the tahini is bland, this had the necessary jolt of lemon juice. As for the baba ganoush...soooo good. So fresh tasting. Then to top it off I grabbed a Halvah off the shelf. Grew up eating that too and this, by far, was the best I have ever tasted. So smooth! Definitely will become a regular here. Thank you Tabouli and More for bringing tears of joy to my eyes!!“

It was out very quickly and the food was nice and hot! The manager Nelly, was very nice with me and allowed me to change my side when I realized that I ordered the wrong one and allowed me to keep the one I originally ordered. “I do a lot of corporate catering for my Business meetings and though I do like PANERA, I feel in recent years the service and quality has suffered, but today I met an amazing manager at the Southbury, Connecticut location named Paige She was kind, empathetic, smart efficient, and worked with me on a last-minute change when most Panera managers would have said no she was even shorthanded that day as she was working the line with her coworkers like a great leader and still stopped to help me with a last-minute change to my order that experience will have me coming back. Paige was awesome.“
