When asked if I was paying cash or card, I said card. After some discussion with his " boss", I was told I couldn't use a credit card, cash. What?? Always use my card. “I am writing to both commend and thank your staff for their kind graciousness above and beyond the call of duty. My friend and I came to the Inn on Saturday, February 23 around 2:20 pm. We desired a simple glass of wine in a beautiful and quiet place to have an important discussion. Although the Inn was closing, the bartender Robert graciously served us and the waitress welcomed us to the dining room although the kitchen had closed. It was not until we left at about 3:30 that we learned, accidentally, that the waitress, Grenis and chef, Dave, had stayed simply because we were there. We are grateful for their kindness. We were fortunate that the Inn operates in the "old way" where the guest is the highest priority. I hope you will recognize how beautifully your staff represented the Inn's values.“

The event manager Brian was incredibly attentive and made sure every detail was taken care of, ensuring our day went smoothly. The food was fantastic and we received rave reviews from our guests. The team went above and beyond by setting up our decorations exactly as we envisioned, making the space look beautiful. They were also very accommodating and willing to work with us in case we needed to move our outdoor ceremony indoors, as well. “The ratings for La Luna's should be a five. The food is delicious and visually appealing. The staff is excellent. The meals are freshly made . There are not that many Italian restaurants without having to drive a distance, that can live up to the quality of their meals. The owner , chefs and staff are very accommodating.“

“Disappointing. Not the friendly service you expect from Panera. I have been going here for years, and they changed all the recipes for the worse. The soufflés are not soufflés. They are puff pastry with scrambled eggs. The puff pastry is touch and doesn't cook well. Their baguettes used to be authentic. Now, they are a loaf of bread. The quality if the turkey has gone down. No more metal utensils. It is almost impossible to cut a soufflé with their cheap plastic knife. They don't check their coffee levels and they run out constantly. Complaints to the manager did nothing. You'd not hear the word thank you anymore. They don't ask for your pabeta rewards card. They don't ask if you want to use your rewards. They charge you the wrong amount. This can't all be the fault of the cashier. Where is the manager? I could go on.

Kid-friendliness: I have always brought my kids here, but they don't have anything geared towards kids. Beware of the highly caffeinated teas.“
