I’ve lived in this town close to my whole life, and never knew this place was there…The place never looks “open” from driving by, and I only saw one girl working, which would explain the 9 rings before they picked up for my orde…“
“First time here. The address was easy to find but be mindful that it is on a big avenue with lots of traffic. They have a shared parking lot with a few other businesses.The place looked great, although there's no sitting area. This is an order to go place. The service was great. I received plenty of information about the menu.I ordered wings with Korean BBQ Sauce and it was delicious. Great flavor and very well cooked. I love my wings to fall of the bones; and these were just perfect. I was very excited for the Sweet Potatoes wedges. Very crispy and perfectly cooked. We try their amazingly huge Crispy Chicken sándwich. Omg it was huge and perfectly crysp and juicy inside. You won’t be disappointed. I tried it with Syracha Maple and it was great. It was not spicy for me. I also tried their spicy ketchup and loved it. I'm definitely coming back to make a bigger order.They also have beers so you can buy your food and drinks.“
“Absolutely tremendous. We had 6 people at our table, one compliment after another. Whole Belly Clams, possibly the best I ever had!! Bolognese like being in the North end of Boston. Dave, I believe the owner, was very hospitable and welcoming.“

“Decided on a last minute trip to Mystic for Xmas Eve. Grabbed a reservation at Rio Salado and SO GLAD WE DID! Our food was incredibly fresh and absolutely delicious. Our server, Kevin, was attentive with a positive, upbeat attitude. Can't wait to go back! Rio Saldado is definitely one of our go-to places from now on. Perfect way to celebrate family and good eats!!“
“This is my 2nd post for this fabulous little place and this is my NEW fave. It's called the 'CELLY' for celebrate! OMG the best breakfast sandwich I have ever had. Two fried eggs, avocado bacon, a little cheddar cheese with the yummiest Sriracha mayo on a brioche. $11 can't buy anything better.“
“We stopped in here like many others who are visiting the Mystic area and were very pleasantly surprised. Our waitress was beyond friendly and very accommodating. The space is very cute and clean and the food was fast and delicious. It is a bit pricey for breakfast but we thought it was delicious. My kids got the eggs + toast and a side of bacon which came with fresh fruit and I enjoyed the shakshuka which was a delicious and filling combo. We would return if in the area again.“
“We had never tried this pizza before but these pizzas were some of the best I’ve had in a long time !!!! I’ve worked in food half my life at an Italian bakery and this pizza was top notch. I also prefer to make my own pizza at home with our outdoor oven , but the weather wasn’t permitting- safe to say this is definitely our new pizza spot ! Perfectly cooked , super good plum tomato sauce and definitely doesn’t skimp on the toppings - highly recommend!“
