“I just went to DD and I dropped my phone in the driver drive-through and there was a Spanish kid in the drive-through that picked up my phone off the ground and he was so helpful. I didn’t catch his name. However, I tried to call Duncan to talk to a supervisor to let them know that the kid in the drive-through was wonderful and his customer service was awesome, however the person that picked up the phone doesn’t speak any English and it was very rude. It was some lady and I don’t know her name but she was very rude. Other than that the dunkin is OK.“

“Becoming one of my go to places while in durham. Nice seating inside, outside and if like sitting in your car, the view behind the place is lovely if you ignore the business at the bottom of the hill and keep you eyes on the trees and hill.“

“Updated review...The morning crew is always the best. They are fast and I never come across incorrect orders. The afternoon and weekend crew well that's a whole different ball park. They never ever make iced coffee the way I order it. It's made however they feel like it. I repeated the order about 3 times waited in line forever to get an incorrect order made and then handed the iced coffee out the window with coffee around the top and sides with no napkins mind you. For all the money that is spent at Dunkin... all we deserve in return is the correct order.Maybe some more assistance or training for the weekend and afternoon staff?“

“I had never come here before the remodel, but since it reopened I've been here maybe 5-6 times and the customer service and quality of drinks has always been top notch. The people are friendly and helpful. Restaurant appears very clean. They have the coffee "on tap". I do wish they had indoor seating but it's easily one of the best on the Rt 5 corridor“

“I always use my mobile app to order. I like racking up the points and being able to order just how I like to. The staff is always very friendly and gets my order ready for my arrival time. Never any issues.

Parking: Small parking lot that can be very difficult to get in and out of. I highly recommend going through the drive through at this location.

Kid-friendliness: They have a small area for seating and I have seen people having breakfast with their kids there. They keep the establishment clean and bright.“
