“I eat in this popete pretty much every day, they always find a way to acomadate me and other costumers around me, I always feel welcome.

The service is mostly fast as it is, i been there in rush ahours i can tell every single person in this popeyes are hard workers.

The food is always hot and they have a very smooth flow packing and serving.

All i can say is that this is the best popeyes i've ever eat at.“

“My birthday was last month and my daughter spent the day with me. We googled chicken and waffles and decided on Cheeks. The service was great. The manager threw in an extra piece of chicken for each of us and a piece of cake for me for my birthday. The waffle was really good, I just thought it should be larger. The chicken was delicious, just a bit salty for me. I'm sure they have adjusted and they have a great selection of dry rubs and sauces. They also have an extended menu.“

“I went her a bit late after work to try the new sweet chamoy flavor wing and it did not disappoint. I got 5 mango habanero and 5 of the Chamoy with ranch dipping sauce and it tasted amazing!! The sweet and spicy from both flavors go so good together I hope the keep the Chamoy one on the menu forever!“

“Not only is the food delicious, but the service and staff is phenomenal. So very accommodating making sure all of our needs were met was the cherry on top of the delicious food cake. We went twice in one week. Go for the pho but try the wings and short ribs, so good!“

“This restaurant was well worth the hour drive to get there. They served the best potato salad I have ever had - & trust me I have tried hundreds of them in my long life. The vegetable dinner option I enjoyed today was perfect. I highly recommend the cabbage, black eye peas, and Caribbean rice along with the amazing potato salad. And I must add that the moist, scrumptious, and famous corn bread couldn’t have been better. Sandra’s is a place I will return to. I’m a vegetarian newbie who’s grateful for the nutritious, delicious food and the sweet and friendly service at this gem of a place.“

“Came for dinner tonight and was ignored for outside seating. Other people came without going inside to the hostess and were still served. Waitresses and waiters walked by and act like we didn’t exist.“

“Second time visiting this restaurant. Food was great as the first time. Oil used for the fries seemed little smelly, i hope they use fresh oil next time.

Gave 2 star rating for the service because the woman serving food was not happy to serve us and somewhat rude. The way she put glass and food on the table seemed very rude like - bang bang lol. Or maybe its her way of working but we felt discomfort. Nothing personal but i hope you smile a little when you serve. Makes everyone’s day. Thanks.❤“

“Had a craving for New Haven style pizza. It was ice storming so allot of places were closed, but I was VERY happy with Branford Pizza! Crust was suuuuppper thin, crispy at the top, foldable with excellent sauce and just the right amount of cheese. Very reasonable! Also ordered a ruben for the next day and this did NOT disaapoint! Even with reheat, it was DELICIOUS! Very generous corned beef, tangy sauce, plenty of kraut & cheese. FILLING! Came wrapped in foil so super easy 2nd dinner . Will absolutely order again. “First things first, the food tasted good. You have to realize that this is a brand new location as of late August 2026. I went there for the first time today September 8, and things are still getting ironed out. It's a little chaotic to say the least. They had a high volume of orders on the board. People order on the app, on the phone, and so if you're going to walk in you may face a little bit of a wait. We encountered virtually no problems as a walk in. I was a little confused about the menu not having been there before, and it was clear that the cashier was also a little confused about how to do certain things. They displayed wing combos, but I couldn't figure out how to just order wings, which are apparently 5 or 10 vs. 6 or 8 for the combos. But, there were plenty of knowledgeable people there to help and we were able to order with no problem. I did see a few people who were waiting a long time for their order. I don't know if they ordered online and then came to soon, or if something was wrong with their order or they got skipped or whatever the case may be. There is not a lot of seating here. This is primarily a to-go establishment. There were two tables, one that could fit two seats and one that could fit four seats. All in all, I was satisfied with the taste of the food for what I was expecting.“

“The party size pizza has really thin crust. And the extremely thinner parts of the crust were burnt. However, I loved the deep dark red color of the sauce and it was delicious.
Not much parking even for pick up.
It was really cold inside.
However, I'm not giving it a bad rating. I'm just not a fan of the thin crust, if I had known I wouldn't have ordered it.
I'll still willing to give another try. 😉“

“Honest to God great people here. I've been ordering from here for years, the customer service has never been bad. Sometimes the guys behind the counter can get a little overwhelmed from a busy day, but you could say the same about every working human on Earth.

Food is great, but I recommend sticking to their namesake. Fries are good, sandwiches are fine, but their wings are great. My very picky wife, and at least 4 of my friends all agree with me that these guys sell great wings. I keep bringing people there to prove to myself that I'm not crazy lol“

“It's difficult for me to eat a meatball parmigiana grinder and give it 5 stars. Today is the day I do so. Absolutely delicious!
The staff was friendly and professional, the service was swift, and the food was excellent.

“It was my first time going to a Popeyes and I loved it. The chicken sandwich was very soft and crunchy but melted in your mouth with the mayo, but my Mac n cheese was sort of sad and very creamy but very very cheesy. I received my order within 30 seconds of ordering and the restaurant despite being in a somewhat sketchy area was nice inside and very clean and welcoming. Loved it here, definitely coming back“

“Warning: Although the manager isn’t friendly and rude the staff does not merit a bad review. Instead I just stopped coming here and I went to the other chicken place.

Sure the $6 meal is back and it’s delicious, it is not worth it if they forget to pack the fries or a side dish. That’s what happened to me and since I was stopping by there daily or every other day I did not care.

The next time I went I asked for Jose who is the one who helped me most of the week. He wasn’t there. Jasmine was working and she knew I was a regular customer. She did not pack my order, so she asked the manager.

When the manager (short lady with black hair) came to me she questioned me as if I was trying to scam Popeyes. I told her Jose had missed putting my fries and told her I was a regular customer. She agreed to let me have the fries I was owed but it came with an attitude and trying to belittle me.

I encourage you to open your box and make sure to double check your order before you leave. No matter how nice Jose and Jasmin are they only hand you the meal.

I have had nothing but great experiences at the red and white chicken place for $1 less.

“5 stars because the bad reviews deserve to be outnumbered. Idk what was happening 3 years ago that tanked the reviews so bad, but lemme tell you this location comes in CLUTCH every single time. Food is so quick, always right, and always bangin. It’s quick convenience pizza, but thats exactly what you need sometimes, and you must appreciate the excellent service. Never had a bad experience with this spot so 5 stars, muy bien.“
