“Customer service needs to be retrained on not having their backs turned and looking at their phone unless its for emergency purposes. The big boss in management was there in a meeting and he got up to wait on me instead. Thank you! Food was fresh just the way I like it. Restaurant was clean and the bathrooms were also.“
“Update: After meeting with the manager of this McDonalds, following a submitted report, she rectified my issue by providing me 3 large fries filled and a couple extra drinks and apple pies. I appreciate her owning into the situation and explaining what went wrong and going above and beyond for me, it was more than what I was expecting.
Ordered a shared meal for myself and a friend and both of our large fries are significantly underfilled.
We pretty much got a medium fry in a large fry box each. Or 1 full large and then some leftover.
Really disappointing.“
