Guests often praise the welcoming ambiance, which is described as nice and comfortable. The staff, especially servers like Michele, Tia, and Lucy, are highlighted for their attentive and caring service, making the dining experience memorable. Lucy, in particular, is loved for her warm interactions with kids and her genuine enthusiasm, which enhances visits for families.
The menu includes well-cooked dishes such as Steak Frites, Salmon, Cheeseburgers, and a Cobb Salad. Many reviews mention the food's good flavor and quality, with some noting the mozzarella sticks having an "insane" cheese pull. Desserts like the s'mores to-go and freshly baked cookies are popular, though guests are advised to double check marshmallow toasting and to be mindful of presentation, such as parsley on fries. While some find the prices a bit high, many agree the quality justifies the cost.

Reservations are recommended to avoid missing out, especially since the place tends to fill up quickly. Overall, Fireside is a highly recommended spot for families looking for good food, excellent service, and a cozy atmosphere.
