Every time I come here it's like 15 to 20 minute wait and that's after you mobile ordered it
Ordered two coffees. One hot and one iced. The hot coffee tasted good but the ice coffee was a little burnt tasting. Long line in the drive-through but extremely fast. Limited parking
This is about the new one in Norwich on West Town Street. I have been there three times and now avoid it. The service is incredibly slow. The donuts were stale. Dunkin' is a popular spot for coffee and quick treats, though experiences can vary. Customers appreciate the friendly staff, especially those who work hard and make the best muffins toasted with butter. The coffee quality is generally good, with some praising it as just right. However, there can be inconsistencies, such as the hot coffee tasting good while the iced coffee sometimes tastes burnt. Long drive-through lines are common, but service remains fast despite limited parking. Recently, a customer tried the new strawberries N create dunkalatte but found it difficult to order due to menu confusion, and the staff member wasn't very helpful. Another reviewer noted that their coffee was made just how they like it, earning a five-star rating. Overall, Dunkin' offers tasty muffins and reliable coffee, with friendly staff making the experience pleasant despite occasional menu and parking challenges.
