Every single time I order my coffee through the mobile app and put add cold foam they do not!!! You want to charge 70 cents for it then make sure to read your tickets right and add the cold foam!!
we visited this store for years everyday. but customer service has gone downhill as well as quality. some employees are wonderful but some are downright rude, and disrespectful. unfortunately we will not be returning as well as many other regular customers. we have found a better alternative.
but we thank all the wonderful past and present employees who treated us kindly.
Horrible slow service. Plenty of people there none of them actually doing anything. Fight for 15 my a$$.
