“Sushi 2020 is an absolute go to spot for me and my partner. It's a wonderful restaurant that is owned by a lovely couple who runs the entire place just by themselves! I am always floored with just how much warmth and kindness they treat us with, even on the busiest of days. Not only that, the food is made with great care and packed with tons of flavor! You can't go wrong with any of the menu items they have listed. Personally, I definitely recommend the mixed sashimi salad and Hoe-deopbap. If you're in the mood for something more warm, the Kimchi Sundu-Jigae just hits the spot. Highly recommend the Korean dumplings as well.

“Nice little spot with very good food. Have been here once to sit down and once for takeout, both timed all the food we had was great. Not the biggest place but it seems like it works for their needs. Service was also very good. Also all the food is halal.“

“My husband surprised me with a dinner gathering at Red Lotus. Immediately upon walking in we were greeted by two staff members and the owner Larry. Gary was our server who I must say was by far the best server we have ever had. Gary and Larry truly made us feel like we were the only ones there (they had a full house) the food was delicious we were a party of 8 and all had different plates none of us were disappointed with our food. The presentation of the plates were beautiful! Larry made sure to come to our table and assure we were satisfied with our food and service took time out to talk with us and build a relationship. “This is the BEST ASIAN FOOD ANYWHERE! I'm from NYC/LI and have been to many many Asian/Chinese restaurants in my life and Harvest House makes the best Hot and Sour soup and Asian/Chinese food that I have ever eaten. My wife and I travel from Norwalk for this superb Asian/Chinese food. The restaurant is family owned and the owner is the Chef and his wife and children are often at the restaurant making it a very nice and warm atmosphere!“

“The food was 🔥- so delicious and high quality. The vegetables were delightful. The steak was tender and cooked perfect. The chicken was also very delicious. I like how you can pick one or two proteins to mix it up. We also got the chicken egg rolls and they were so good, not too oily. Also, came with really good sauces, like Sriracha chilli sauce and extra teriyaki sauce. You can sign in and earn points.
Definitely cost effective and if you are trying to eat healthy you can remove the rice; which I appreciate. 💯 out of 10 we would eat here again! 😋“

“For a town the size of Derby that doesn’t have a lot of Asian options, this is a GREAT place to choose. They have a Chinese, Japanese, and Thai menu. My wife and I have tried a few of their options and we both agree, the sushi here is fantastic. It’s good quality, with a generous amount of seafood meat and little rice. Often times, restaurants try to fool you with affordable sushi by giving you a ton of rice. But here, they hook you up. The wonton soup here is excellent as is mosh of the Chinese dishes we tried. We are excited to try their Thai menu options in the future. Service was absolutely excellent. This place deserves way more dine in business than what they are getting.“

“Stopped in for the first time June 16th, and again today on the 17th because it was such a good experience! The drinks were perfect, the food was great too! I tried the Spicy Miso Ramen, the Spicy dumplings, and the spicy boneless chicken and everything was "bussin". “One of the Best Japanese Restaurants in Connecticut if you love Sushi and Sashimi. The Spider roll made with fried soft shell crab is to die for!! My wife had the Dinner Bento Box with the Bento Chicken and loved everything. The service was outstanding. The prices are very reasonable and the portions generous. The soup or salad that comes with the meal is very good. We go to the best rated restaurants in Connecticut and NY. and if they were to improve their ambiance/atmosphere which is a little plain and make the restaurant more romantic it would be a destination restaurant and one of the best anywhere.“

“Haven’t been to the restaurant yet, just placed an online order for delivery. I ordered the tofu noodles, scallion pancakes, and Thai iced tea. And WOW it was delicious. I live in New Haven and get Thai food fairly often but it’s not often I am this impressed. The scallion pancakes alone are easily the best I’ve ever had. Just so rich and flavorful. And the tofu in the soup was perfectly tender, with the soup having a nice spicy flavor to it but also not too intense. I’m hoping to head to the actual restaurant now after such a delicious meal. Highly recommend!“
