“STRIKE 2, FULL COUNT NOW. - This is a better choice for fast food in town. Great food, fresh every time. Twice this week it was not busy when I ordered and on two separate orders, I asked for to substitute the sodas for coffee shakes. The first time they were Chocolate shakes. So, I order an extra coffee shake on the Carvel side as my brother is allergic to Chocolate. I went in tonight and order my brother's meal for him. When I ordered I made sure to announced that it was a Coffee Shake, TWICE. While waiting, I noticed the female trainer had the trainee put a medium Vanilla Shake instead. When the buzzer went off, not only was there no shake ready but was asked: "Oh, you had a vanilla shake too, right?" "NO! Coffee!" Another wait as they made the coffee shake I originally ordered. Baseball season is upon us, hopefully, you don't strike out if I (we) come in again. Advice - Check your orders placing and receiving them.“

I go there knowing with certainty, what I'm going to get will taste as it always does.That is important to me. I go that route to my Drs at least twice a month, and that is a staple for me for lunch. “I went to the Waterbury Ct location on 10/3 at 5:00pm.
I walked in to two gentlemen cleaning the dining room and another gentleman behind the counter with a big smile on his face.
We ordered our food and then a fourth gentleman came out to assist.
Once my order was checked in all of them went behind the counter and started to work on our order.
They were all very polite and courteous!!
So nice to walk in to a place of business and see the staff happy!
Thank you to those 4 gentlemen for making our night extra special!

“I visited the establishment today to have a meal. I ordered their wings and a grilled buffalo chicken wrap. The food was delicious. We chose to sit outside due to the pleasant weather. Unfortunately, we were seated next to an individual who was having a loud phone conversation. It would have been preferable if he had taken the call elsewhere. Despite this inconvenience, the restaurant was quite busy and the food was served hot and fresh.“

“this is my favorite place to come for a burger - everything is always fantastic! My go to is a single patty double cheddar, mayo & ketchup - the burger is always cooked perfect and the buns are soft! you also gotta get fries along with the Mac and cheese bites!“

We googled Thai in our area & this is literally down the road from us. We got the Thai sampler platter, the spicy noodles with chicken and a mango sticky rice. 10/10. It’s definitely my new food fixation. Everything was cooked perfectly. Seasoned perfectly. & the guy who took my order on the phone was very patient and helpful.
