“This is The Best McDonald's in Plainville (there are two) and probably one of the best ones you could visit. Their food is always remarkably fresh & the staff is pleasant & professional. We don't eat fast food often but if we do, it's guaranteed we won't be disappointed.“

“Every time i come to this location all of the staff are very nice and they always remember my order. Its always great to see people with a good attitude; most places have people who would give you dirty looks and are rude but not here, I highly recommend this location!“

“I don’t think I have ever some into this taco bell, just the drive thru and I must say I am impressed. First I wanna say that the place is very clean, neat and stocked up. The guy in the front named Jay was very attentive, at this taco bell you order at a machine so he directed us to it and proceeded to take our order there. After he added the first item I told him I could do the rest. After we got our food and were sitting down eating I walked up to the counter and not even 15 seconds he came to ask me what I needed. I don’t know how many times I have gone to places and people see that you are there and they just look at you and don’t even acknowledge you let alone bother to ask if you need help. Felt very much like we were at a restaurant getting waited on. All of the employees had good energy and spirit and were also attentive to their positions someone else also came to ask me if I needed help. Keep up the great work the team is doing great the food was also good.“

“I went to Wendy’s yesterday the girl in drive thru was very kind and respectful and funny as hell. I went there to get two combo. By the time I got to the last window where she was she had my food ready and hot and fresh. I don’t know her name it was around 6:30 pm. Let her know she made my day.. we need more ppl like here taking order and have some customers service.“

“You have a drive thru employee tall black guy with curly hair that usually works mornings, who is the best Mcdonald’s employee I have ever dealt with. I get breakfast just about every weekday morning and he is the friendliest guy at your store. Promote this dude or someone is gonna steal him away. Im a manager at Lowes so it might be me that steals him 🤣🤣🤣“

“I like the chicken sandwiches“

“Went here with my 12 year old son today. It was our first time trying Chick Fil A. It was a great experience. We were greeted immediately upon entrance by who I believe to be the owner. She was very pleasant and patient while we looked over the menu. The food came out only minutes after we sat down. While we were eating, a manager checked in a couple of times to make sure we were all set and had everything we needed. Overall a great experience and we look forward to returning soon!

Kid-friendliness: I did not realize before today that there was a play area for smaller children. When we go back I’ll be bringing my 4 year old to play.“
