“I went through drive thru and got some small chicken on a big sandwich they tried to pass off as a royal crispy chicken. It's sad. These people have a fast food job and can't handle it. There is no easier job in the world than being behind the grill at a fast food restaurant and they can never get that right. The fries were cold to the touch and hard to chew and the managers don't care for the most part. Until tonight. Patients was so kind. I went inside instead of drive thru and explained to her that the sandwich was made horribly wrong and she had taken care of it right away. She Even made sure I was totally satisfied before I left. The sandwich was made perfect this time and it was the right chicken breast this time also. The problem is that the employees aren't held accountable they keep serving timed out food that's sat for a real long time or giving the wrong meat on a sandwich that costs double than what it's worth and they get away with it. They should be sent home for the day or have to go through retraining.. at least a write up. It takes a lot to have to come back because you can't eat while you're hungry. After patients made sure I was served the correct food I was so pleased when I left that I will go back but after lunch hours for sure at least I'll know I'll get what I order and will have fresh food. When I was there earlier the staff were so rude not friendly and did not smile once. The lady Even held a side conversation while I was trying to ask for ketchup. Patients made me feel like I was important and wanted to be sure I will come back. Thank you to the workers who care about the public and their job. Be careful and always check the bag before leaving the drive thru I get my meals wrong more than half of the time but they are so convenient that I sometimes have to go back.Parking: Parking is plentiful and there are good options for wheelchair accessible.“
“My family has been going since it opened almost one hundred years ago. Wow. I've been going since 1967. I live in NH now, and i have to drive 3 hrs each way ( uphill lol) to get the sauce. Worth it. It brings me back to my childhood when I take a bite. comfort food at its best. Nothing like the snap of a Rolsols dog with the perfectly spiced meat sauce. Thanks for the years of memories.“
“My wife and I had the opportunity for a late lunch today. This was our second trip to the this location. We went back because ALL the employees are extremely professional and there to provide the optimal experience. While we were dining several people came up to us asking if we needed a refill or if there was something else they could do to make our visit the best that it could be. There were a group of people at a larger table and i could see some badges. Chic-fil-a badges. I assumed on of them was the franchises owner and I was able to figure out who he was. This man as he was walking up to the counter and he asked how we were doing. He cared. He listened. It was TODD the owner. We had a great conversation and made us feel welcome. We complemented him on his location. I let him know the fresh waffle fries are what got my attention. Todd, congrats for what you have and what you are doing for your company. “This is definitely a take out atmosphere but they have a very friendly and efficient system. Great service. They slice the meat to order right in front of you and all the ingredients are fresh. “A Connecticut fast-food classic. Fantastic hot dogs, which is something surprisingly difficulty to find at a restaurant. Large menu including a variety of dogs, burgers, sausage burgers, and various other grilled items. Clean dinning room and quick service. I went at 1:00PM and there was no line.“
“Frankie's is a Gem. Was immediately greeted by Tom, took my order. Everything is made fresh to order. The menu has many items to choose. We gut burgers with cheese sauce and hot dog. When my order was ready Tom delivered to table. The decor inside was quite interesting. Many older clocks. Atmosphere was relaxed. “I don't buy lunch out much anymore finding it hard to justify $15 on a taco meal or a burger & fries & guilt. When I get a fresh sub or salad from Nardelli's, I'm happy and full off of healthier great tasting food. It's just as fast! I usually don't have time to eat there but it's well maintained, stocked with options from snacks to dessert and a friendly staff. “Not a lot of atmosphere here, but a solid place to stop for a burger or hot dog and fries. (As well as other fried menu items.) A little disappointed not to be able to get a milkshake on an unseasonably warm March day, but staff was quick to refund the cost and comped us our sodas. Burgers were tasty with fresh toppings and the curly fries were hot & crispy. Would recommend and go again. (Shakes were available again before we left, but as we'd already finished our meals, we passed. Nice to offer though.)“

“Been living in town for a while and have driven by multiple times, but never in. I was in the mood to try a blizzard, so I went in. First, the location is somewhat tough to see as it is in the corner of a small shopping center. Location is also blocked by a large tree so you can easily drive by. Also bad signage. Second, seating outside exists but nothing inside. I will say the interior is small and somewhat dated. The menu is mainly blizzards and smoothies, but no food like other locations. Blizzard was very good so worth the stop in. I wish it was in better location as it would be busier. I will be back in future.“

“There were no signs that this was a drive thru only spot. The seating area was exposed to Rte 15 and loud noises of traffic, so it is not ideal to sit and enjoy onsite. Service was as expected for a bunch of teens in the summer. They were polite and courteous and expeditious. The ice cream was delicious and prepared exactly as I expected.“
