“I can’t say enough about Tommy’s Pizza Palace Vasili’s Greek Everything salad dressing!! I first came upon it at a craft show at Wadsworth mansion! It’s so delicious that it has become my mission to drive from Stamford to Middletown to pick it up! I grabbed two bottles on 8/17 and made the mistake of sharing with my family so I have to go back this week for more! I can’t wait for it to hit a local store near me! If it doesn’t I will absolutely continue to make the trip! Try it - you will not be disappointed! Thank you to everyone at Tommy’s Pizza palace - all of your food is amazing!!”

“Drew and his Concentric Brewing team were fantastic to work with from start to finish. I would highly suggest hosting an event at the brewery if you get the chance. We came with 30 women for a “non-traditional” baby shower including doing a crafting activity. Drew was incredibly easy to work with along the way. The catering from Graze was delicious and the slider bar was a fun element to the meal that our guests loved. The bartenders were super friendly and made us feel welcome and at home. The locals at the bar and at lunch seemed genuinely amused and were very friendly. We loved supporting this local business and hope to host another event at the brewery sometime!”

“Always been really good, and will definitely order again. That said, something went wrong with my general tso chicken this evening. I ordered it the usual way, medium heat. However what I was delivered is soo over the top sweet I can't eat it. Zero heat, all sweet. I can't find a single chilli pepper in it anywhere. Literally crunching sugar granulates in my teeth. As if someone just poured cups of sugar into it. Such a let down from the normally excellent dish that I'm used to.”

“We are a group of eight Women golfers that travel each week to play a different course in CT. Get the usual eye rolling looks from the men from parking lot, pro shop to the course and finally the bar. Some men are polite but they are few. Quarry Ridge staff went over the top to make our Tuesday golf experience relaxing and fun. Course was in good shape. Kevin in the pro shop attentive asking questions after our round to see if we had a good time and what were our thoughts about women’s golf. Poor Kevin got a earful I’m afraid. He was such a good sport! The chef came out and checked on our lunch. Talked about his menu. Very enthusiastic. It was a perfect day Tuesday Blue sky, cool temps, Great Golf and being with friends. “Great Dairy Queen location – so happy to have one nearby!

I recently moved to Cobalt and was thrilled to find out there’s a Dairy Queen just 5 minutes from my house. When I lived in Hartford, the closest one was about 20 minutes away, so this is a big win.

The store is spacious, clean, well organized, and very inviting. We stopped by after a trip to pick up treats for myself, my husband, and our guests. As always, Blizzard treats are a hit and instantly make everyone happy.

If I had one small suggestion to make it perfect, it would be to enjoy the filling throughout the Blizzard, not just at the very end.

We arrived close to closing time for inside pickup (around 9:15 pm, with the lobby closing at 9:30 pm). I initially thought it closed at 10:00 pm based on Google, but that’s actually for the drive-thru. Even so, we were welcomed, treated kindly, and had a great experience.

I’m very happy to have this as our new local Dairy Queen and will definitely be back — and bringing more people with me.”
