“I have been complaining about Dunkin Donuts at the corner of Rt66/17 for years to them and nothing comes of it. If you drive thru their drive thru after ordering food, when you get to the register, there is a small box outside the window that is supposed to tell you the price of your food, Since it has been broken for the past 5 years (and they are not fixing git) It read "NOTHING", so that is what you should pay for the food for. So in conclusion FREE DUNKIN DONUTS PRODUCT IF YOU BUY IT THRU THE DRIVE THRU. 😎🤡😎🤡😎“

“Last 4 or more times going it has been completely awful! I go before work and order a PUMPKIN coffee, well one expects pumpkin in it NOT having it still taste regular yet for my large it said 1 pump pumpkin which it’s supposed to automatically be 4. I also had Skim milk and they put cream. This morning my Husband ordered and I got it back cold, no flavor, and leaking. Disgusting! You waiting forever in the drive though lately and even with the sticker on the coffee it comes out wrong and nasty. They need to pay attention to what the stickers say and make more coffee not serve cold or burnt coffee to people! Worst one in town and the other one hasn’t always been the best either but a bit better than that one.“

“Came here 7 am with my father heading to the yard and I gotta say this place is great. It’s a small homy place, I had the cinnamon raisin bagel, with onion chives cream cheese bagel and a powdered jelly donut. The donut we purchased had a fresh and fluffy taste/feel. The bagel was toasted right, and the mocha coffee was tasty as well. A good balance of coffee and sugar!“

“Standard DUNKIN Donut breakfast fare, and dine in atmospher. However, the staffing and "Friendly" service I received was superior to what I experience in my home area. Whenever I'm passing through, I always plan a stop at this location, Exit 23 off I-91.“

“A different DD messed up our orders, making iced teas with cream instead of coffee. We noticed on our ride and in passing, stopped at DD in Glastonbury. Staff there remade our coffees even though they are a different franchise. Very kind and great experience! Thanks :)“

“I love my peeps at dunks... the one thing they could do better is pay a little closer to attention to small things like the pics I'll attach. Again. Honestly a great reliable spot to drive through and get consistent quality of service and food. I just think that giving me an everything bagel with 2 bottom pieces is an easy fix to stop the small complaints.“

“Even though I was the only customer there at the time, the servers were efficient and did their job well. The only thing I was curious about, was no greeting.

I had to phone home to get some info for the order and within 4 minutes of placing it, the items was served. The food was decent and the quality was as expected considering the price.

Clean place with more than ample parking - I hope they do get good business. It's a few minutes off Rt 9, so it's worth the stop when you need to refresh. It definitely beats many city DD's I've visited due to the surroundings and space.“

“Our drinks were put in a cardboard tray, wile I was holding the tray for my friend to take his HOT coffee off it, the top came off the coffee and my hand was badly burned!! Yall need to come up with better lids or stronger trays!! I rely on my hands for my wheelchair..“

“This was my first time coming to this Dunkin n from a managers point of view their staff was on point and ve ATTENTIVE with their job.. There was only 2 employees working the front and the store got busy,they both worked together to get the job done. However one of the staff members stood out to me JESS SHE WAS VERY ASSERTIVE AND VERY SUFFICIENT WITH HER JOB. WE need more "Jess" in this world. Thanks crew keep up the good job. My daughter got her usual coffee, and her boyfriend got hot chocolate.Not that anyone reading this cares what we ate/drank, BUT all the order was given quicky and it was hot and what we asked for!“

“I always get exceptional customer service at this location. Sometimes they are clearly understaffed and stressed, but nonetheless always polite and as fast as possible. Yesterday I was kind of having a bad day, I guess you could see it on my face. The cashier drew a smiley face on the cover to my cup. It made my day!“
