I meet the new chef Mike, it was reallly cool that he came and talked to us, he said all of his specials are made from scratch and both the salmon bites and hulk burger were some of the best things I’ve eaten in a long time. “Our reunion planning committee has been coming to Lakeside many times to plan for our reunion. The outside atmosphere has been perfect! Dardan was an excellent waiter and a lot of fun. I stumbled upon Preli's Farm and Winery in my search for grape leaves for a batch of homemade dolmas. John the owner was very helpful and understanding, and thus began my loyalty.

Everything grown or made on the farm is a treat. From delicious heirloom tomatoes to giant fresh blackberries to the vast catalog of wines and ciders... I've never been disappointed.

It's clear that John, Jeanne, Bailey and the crew work their hardest to create such an impressive selection of products. I've made it my goal to visit a few times a month!

The farm itself is tranquil and inviting and the service is always top notch. Any time I've visited, I felt welcomed. Having their three-legged farm dog Daisy greet me upon arrival has brought me happiness every time!

So if you're on the search for a farm for all your needs including pick-your-own services, CSA shares, or wine tastings I suggest visiting this gem in Glastonbury.“

So next time you go, make sure you ask for Taylor, but if you’re a regular, you already know how nice she is, but for those who are looking for a good place to eat or get a little tipsy, see if Taylor is there, also a quick little secret is to TIP GOOD! The bowl brings me back memories of when I first had a pokebowl.

The portions were generous, and all the mix-ins and proteins were thoroughly mixed with the sauces instead of the past few times where they just squirted sauces on top.

I would have to say if this is not under ownership, whoever made my bowl around 12:45pm on 7/1/25 should get a well deserved praise.

I have given up on Pokemoto on middletown and decided to order here on a whim but pleasantly surprised the change in quality (for good)

“We were so pleased to visit Vito's after a few years' absence. We used to dine there almost every Friday when we lived in the area. Carol Ann welcomed us like old times. Jonathan did a great job of recreating my favorite basil martini that Linda perfected years ago. Our meal, punctuated by treats from the family farm, was excellent. Our service by Abby was terrific. The zucchini flowers appetizer impeccably balanced the tender flowers and tasty cheese. My husband's roasted cod and summer vegetables were great as was my Veal Milanese. The Pecorino wine was dry but refreshing. House-made ricotta pie was just right - subtle cheese flavor and not too sweet. We need to come back soon!“

It comes with delicious teriyaki meat with a bit of vegetables, a side of white rice, shumai, sushi (California roll) with a side of ginger, wasabi, and soy sauce, a side salad, and a bowl of miso soup. You get a little bit of everything, so you definitely can't go wrong with it!
