Got a muffin that was horribly uncooked in the center…. Not the first time I’d had problems here. Will never be going back. This place is slow and disgusting.
Salem, CT the donuts I just picked up for the kids were terrible. They were all wet and soupy. The strawberry frosted had thin wet frosting and the glazed were sopping wet. The Boston cream not only had soupy chocolate, but the whole donut was wet. Very disappointing.
A Dunkin Donuts that sells coffee iced tea bagels & sandwiches with no public restrooms? And a snippy answer when I asked for one while paying for my order? I won't be back. A location that wants to take your $$ and give you no customer service in return. Oh and our bagels took 10 minutes because of a mixup at the drive-through as a cherry on top.
