The food, everything was homemade and our kids finished their meals before we could even take a second bite. The staff was beyond friendly, it was clean, inviting and exceeded expectations. We look forward to going back and this is our new family favorite!”

“Truly loved it! Beautiful restaurant with a cute rustic cozy feel and great atmosphere. As someone who eats out a lot, I wasn't sure what to expect but the food was excellent. From the Signature, Caprese Salad, the delicious brick oven pizza, the Rack of Lamb for my husband all through to dessert, everything was extremely flavorful and delicious. The hot food came out hot, a pet peeve of mine is when it comes out luke warm from sitting to be served. Here everything was perfectly temperature. And can we talk about the cocktails? LOVED the Neo’s Negroni. 5 stars from me fully recommend this amazing restaurant won’t be disappointed!”

“My husband and I was on vacation and we found this yummy place on our way through town. The pizza was huge and very delicious ( even the left overs the next day ) our waitress brought us out a piece of their chocolate cake and told us we had to try a Massachusetts cake. That cake was to die for and if it wasn't so far ( Michigan) we would be back for more. I highly recommend this place everyone was so friendly and helpful.”

“We visited the area for the first time and saw the Blackberry River Bistro was well recommended. We had no idea what a surprise we were in for. The restaurant is small, but we found a place to sit right away. The menu had something for everyone. We ordered a Kale Caesar Salad while was outstanding. Packed with flavor and plated beautifully. Next the Pork and Veggie Dumplings. They tasted fresh, the dipping sauce was light and delicious. Finally, we had a delicious gnocchi and a burrito, both great. The gentleman who served us (owner?) was professional and polite, moving fluidly from one table to the next to make sure they had what they needed. VERY WELL DONE! Thank you!”

“Such a pleasant place to go for breakfast or lunch. Great vibe. Food is consistently delicious and they offer specials which are updated on a regular basis. You can’t really go wrong no matter what you choose but my favorite is the egg white skillet. It arrives at the table piping hot and stays that way for quite a while. Love it that way! The staff is always so friendly and warm too.”

“Only time in my life I can complain about getting too much food. Sandwich was basically inedible as served, which was about 2 lbs of deli meat between two mayo drenched pieces of bread. I get delibuster should be a large sandwich but this it's just absurd.. I pulled a full sandwich worth of meat off before I could even bite it. Also served with about a cup of mayo on top.”

“Three years ago, we moved from New York to Texas and I still forever miss Ritchie’s! Growing up in the small town of Amenia, my husband and I always loved grabbing a good breakfast sandwich or an easy lunch there. The hard rolls and bagels are something you just can’t find in Houston. It’s become a running joke that you’re only allowed to visit us in Texas if you bring a dozen rolls & bagels with you 😂 So incredibly thankful for the friends and family who fuel our obsession.
