I just had the worst experience at this Chipotle :/ I love chipotle but I walked in and was already annoyed because they said they had no white rice in the whole place. I have celiac disease and Chipotle is usually a safe place for me to go, I just ask if they could change their gloves. I watched the server put brown rice onto someone’s flour burrito, and she said she didn’t want rice, so he dumped it back into the bin. Went there and waited on the line with one person ahead of me for 25 minutes before I left. All 4 workers looked half alive. Staff and service was plain horrible. Will never return to this place again.
This place is completely understaffed. The owner of the franchise needs to step up and get more people- you are destroying the Chipotle brand. Might want to drive to another shop.
