The counter service is always slow, I order on app before arriving, app alerts me my order is ready and to go inside and pick up. At pick up windows you can then wait 10 minutes for somebody to bring order to the windows. Forget it if you want to walk in and order/pay at counter.... you'll be a long time.
The McDonald’s in Shelton has been a great addition to the area and is consistently better than the Ansonia and Derby locations when it comes to food quality, service, and actually honoring the deals offered in the app. I’ve ordered everything from breakfast to dinner and plenty of snacks in between, and I’ve enjoyed it all, whether dining in or just quickly hitting the drive-thru. I go here almost every night. And the food is always spectacular. Service is always on point and the late night time crew heidy fix what the McDonald's app messed up shes top notch. They definitely set customer service bar high for local mcdonald's.
