“We were so surprised and happy to find The Bangkok Room Restaurant in Milford. This was honestly the best Thai food we have ever had and I'm including Thai food we have had in Manhattan! We had the Drunken Noodle and it was wonderful, but our soup and appetizers were equally as good...Everything was fresh and delicious and we can't wait to go back!“

“The food is pretty good and authentic. Wide array of options that you can’t find in Ct. Clean and tidy establishment. Nice presentation of the food. Love that they have sauces at the table like pepper flakes, chili oil and fish sauce just to name a few. I’ve had the pho, papaya salad, and larb. Love that they have a Laos or Thai style option of the papaya salad. The waitress is also the hostess and she is very sweet and attentive. The only criticism I have is I asked them to not put sugar in the food but it came out sweeter than my liking. I prefer more spicy and sour. But I still give them 9/10 and I would definitely recommend and I cannot wait to try the rest of the menu 😊“

Someone complained about pricing but i hasn't changed much despite our current, record inflation.Thon Bu Ree is amazing if you like sweet and spicy, pirate treasure is always wonderful, we love the all the different curries.

“The owners are very friendly. I would say the service was the best part. The food was good. Definitely above your average Thai restaurant. We were very hungry and we ordered several things. It is my habit to get a Shirley Temple for dinner and there's was really good. I also like that it was a quiet and calm atmosphere.“

“Absolutely delicious food, and the staff is always so nice. I would go after an appointment every Monday and I always got some curry or the drunken noodles. All of the curries are delicious and the Drunken Noodles with extra spice are phenomenal! I'm very sad I won't be able to return any time soon due to circumstances, because this place is very worth the visit!“

“Just tried this on my way home, last night.

I really enjoyed the samples, so I grabbed an order of the Pad Thai chicken, a side of veggies, and an order of steamed dumplings. I also had an egg roll, which was good. The chicken was crispy and flavorful, it's also on the sweeter side, like an orange chicken or some General Tso, depending on where you go.

The food looked, smelled, and tasted delicious! I'm also very glad to have a pad thai option in this area.

I will agree that the food has a certain level of greasiness/favor. I wouldn't necessarily want that to be completely cut out. However, my suggestion would be for them to start using the plastic to-go containers, which shouldn't cause as bad of a leakage issue for customers doing carry-out.

I look forward to going back for maybe the honey chicken and pad thai noodles.
