“I ordered a turkey Club and a ham, bacon, cheese sandwich and both came without bacon. I took it back to the counter and the guy said I didn't order bacon. I said, I did but no matter ,I would be glad to pay for the difference. He promptly put two cold pieces of bacon on each sandwich and then proceeded to toss the plates on to the table for us. I will never be back here again.Update 08/18/19 Well I have gone back and the management has changed staff now and I now rate 4 stars instead of 1. They have really turned it around.The chicken Vermonter is downright addicting it's so good . Great reversal guys. One last thing, please stop cleaning the trays with the same cloth that has never been washed and smells like stale water and you will get 5 starsx. 12/13/24 they have stopped using old cloth to clean the tables so now it is 5 stars . “I wanted a steak and cheese and they were out of steak at 1:10PM, this was upsetting, I settled on a turkey and cheese sandwich and customized it how I wanted, this was nice, but for over $13 it was a very basic sandwich. Overall good experience, they have a self service kiosk which I like because you can customize everything and decide what you want in real time. If you are flying out of BDL there really aren’t many options for food, so it’s good this is at least decent!“

The young man working was very polite. He made some great suggestions when I asked him what he recommended. He said the Italian sub wouldn't disappoint, and he wasn't lying! I really think you’re fine story because it is on the second floor of a tall building in Hartford called city place1 i’m the elevator fan so me and my grandfather ride the elevators at city place every time we stop to come by the restaurant.“
