If you’re expecting Starbucks it ain’t - not a millennial to be found - that means no obnoxious and entitled coffee drinkers, no demands for bizarre coffee orders - that means no “tall, non-fat lattes with caramel drizzle” or “triple venti, soy, no foam lattes”. Coffee is always made perfect and the staff are always super friendly (except one guy who works the drive thru, he just seems miserable all the time.) Just please stop microwaving your bagel sandwiches whole, it makes the bagel completely inedible and impossible to chew.“

“Go to Jacob's coffee house that are meetings AA meetings there Wednesday, Thursday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday. I believe there's one Tuesday morning at 10:00. Any place to get AA is a good place in my opinion. I am in recovery. I have not attended to Jacob's coffee house. I have gone by one night and it looks like it was fun. People were playing guitar and singing but I go there for AA meetings so that's why I gave the food and service a low cuz I don't know“

“I'm prediabetic and my husband is diabetic so we have to be careful when we order out at restaurants. This morning my husband and I wanted coffee before heading out in our semi. I was able to order a large iced latte with unsweetened vanilla and oat milk and extra espresso. My husband ordered a large iced coffee with unsweetened coconut and oat milk with extra espresso. When I explained our situation to the two who were working, they immediately suggested the unsweetened vanilla and coconut shots and even took the time to show us the brand of oat milk they use to make sure it was safe for me and my hsuband. What a refreshing experience having people who actually care and take the time to make sure their customers can enjoy their drinks without getting sick.“
