“The staff here is absolutely wonderful!!! I've been looking for bagel twist all morning! Its my favorite thing from dunkin. I called they had a couple left and were so nice to put them to the side for me. I really appreciate that! I just wish they were in my area, my daily dunkin visit because again they are all very nice and the service is fast! Great job to this dunkin!“
“The staff were super cheery and friendly when I passed through recently, giving me proactive updates about my order, which I'd punched in on my mobile app just seconds before, upon pulling into their parking lot. My order was nevertheless prepared quickly and exactly as specified. The coffee, sugary iced drinks, empty-carb baked goods, or zapped hot items won't be anything special, as this is Dunkin's fast food, but at least it's dependable, cheap, and oh-so New England. Somewhere up above Fred is still shouting, "time to make the donuts!"Still, I'll give an extra star just for the employees, as usually a Dunkin's outlet is a standardized experience that merits no more than 3 stars in my book.And, mercifully, at the moment, Dunkin' Corporate hasn't filled this Yelp listing with inane, contrived, staged "action shots" and other stock photos that don't reflect this particular location.“

“Staff is very friendly and outgoing, they are short staffed so the wait times are a little longer than usual but they try their best. One girl chats with the customers in the lobby to make every customer feel special. The new management is always looking for new improvements. My favorite dunkin by far :)“

They don't carry coconut milk for the refreshers here, so that was kind of a letdown.The coach and chair seating arrangements were nice and cozy, but it was freezing inside the building, and we had to keep our heavy coats on.We ended up leaving sooner than we planned. I didn't even finish my strawberry coolotta which just did not taste right to me.“
“I visit from Canada regularly and stop in at this Dunkin almost daily when I am in town. Before this week, I would’ve rated this location poorly. It seems like they’ve hired some new people. Karen was the consistent one from visits past - she is lovely. The rest of the staff I have interacted with have been wonderful. They seem much more organized!My only complaint is Dunkin as a whole only has brown food. I need fruit or vegetables LOL“
