Chef's Diner in Stamford, CT, is a straightforward, average diner. It serves its purpose for quick bites, especially when dealing with a hangover. However, I was disappointed with the corned beef, as it was excessively salty, affecting the overall dining experience. While it's a decent spot for casual meals, the inconsistency in food quality brings my rating to three stars.
Not a fan of the food, it's okay. Can be a wait especially if you don't order ahead. For a "Diner" it's only open until about 3pm. That's different & rather ODD ‼️??♀️Parking: Located behind diner but very few spots ! Maybe about 5 spaces ...

This joint is the truth. Was in from out of town. We stayed at menu for a good 15 minutes, changing our minds cuz everything looked soooooo gooood. DAYUM GGGGOOOOOODDDDDDDDD!!!! Ask for the salsa. Get anything with eggs and tortillas and you will swoon!!!!
