“This was my first time at this Stamford location and my second time at Insomnia Cookies overall. This spot is brand new and it shows. It’s bright, clean, and surprisingly bigger inside than it looks from the outside. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which is always a good start.

We ordered a mix of treats including the confetti cookie, blonde brownie, chocolate cookies, and vanilla ice cream. Everything was good and fresh. The only downside is that it was a little sweeter than we prefer, but still enjoyable and not over the top.

Overall, a solid dessert stop and a nice addition to the area. I’d definitely come back when the cookie craving hits. Plus, there’s parking nearby which makes it easy.“

“Steph and her sister Evette were absolutely amazing. I was recommended by a friend to try Steph’s sweet creation because I was looking for a place to make the desserts for my sisters bridal shower. From the moment we walked in I knew we were in the right place.Evette was so welcoming answered all our questions and helped us with every detail from what kind of desserts,flavors and colors to match the theme. Everyone at the shower loved the desserts and kept asking where did you get these there’s so good. I def will be a forever customer and will be using Steph’s for all my events! “this is my favorite place in Norwalk, I come here all the time. I personally have never had a bad experience here. the staff has always been super sweet. I always get an affogato, it’s now my comfort dessert. i recommend this place to everyone i know. i’ve been to italy twice and this is the one gelato spot that actually feels like i’m back in italy. highly recommend!!“
