“The first impression is everything. It looks inviting and clean. The staff greets each customer with a smile and offers an assortment of fresh donuts and bagel options. I ordered turkey sausage, egg, and cheese on a toasted cinnamon raisin bagel with mayo. To my delight, the sandwich was toasted to perfection. The egg was light and fluffy, and the turkey sausage was juicy, not dry. Salt and pepper were available at the pickup counter as well as ketchup. The only quam I have is that the only customer accessible napkins were positioned near one of the exits on the extreme opposite side of the store far from the pickup area.

“I hate getting coffee, let alone ice coffee; BUT after trying them ONCE I was addicted! The staff is very friendly and are always smiling when you walk in. I drive from Hartford County to get coffee from here and it’s worth it everytime. I tried the Norwalk location, but that did not feel the same as the Stamford location. If you’re in the area, do yourself a service and check them out!“

“I’ve been here a few times now and honestly, this location should be the blueprint for the others. The staff is consistently friendly, patient, kind, and genuinely helpful. That alone goes a long way.

This spot is always clean, the drive-thru moves smoothly and efficiently, and most of the time my order is spot on. Even on the rare occasion something is off, the food still tastes good and they are always willing to make it right without any attitude.

I’ve tried a mix of items so far, wraps, drinks, and donuts. On my most recent visit, I had a double sausage egg and cheese wrap with American cheese, peppers, and onions. I asked for black pepper instead of green peppers, but it came with green peppers anyway. That said, it was still very good. Stuffed, cheesy, savory, juicy, and served hot, which is what really matters.

“The store and bathrooms are very clean and the staff is nice. Prices are better than Dunkin and the donuts are as good or better. Coffee is much better and made in a machine fresh. Around $15 for a dozen donuts. $3 for coffee. I have been there multiple times lately.
