“This place is fantastic, they have just enough variety of toppings to add to a burrito or bowl without making it hard to decide what you want, it's a very nice and easy ordering process. Everything is fresh and the portions are extremely fair for the price. Always satisfied after eating here.“

“This was by far the best service we've had at a Subway anywhere. Both employees were friendly and patient with our large order for 6 people, but Zach absolutely made our day with his huge smile and playful attitude. Usually servers get frustrated with the kids as they tentatively ask for their veggie toppings, but Zach wasn't just accommodating, he was encouraging. "Extra pickles? Sure! Oh, EXTRA extra pickles? Right on!!" We all ended up smiling and happy, with tasty sandwiches just the way we wanted them. Thanks, Zach, for bringing your infectious good cheer!“

“Subway is subway, it's mediocre food but sometimes that's what I want, this particular subway does always tend to be better than others I've eaten at and when I tend to stop in only on certain days of the week the employees are always welcoming and friendly and always make a well structured sandwich, couldn't ask for more when going into a subway.“

“My husband and I came to Mystic for a few days. The first day it rained all day and all night. For dinner we just wanted to pick up some sandwiches and return to our hotel room. We went to this Subway and ordered two meatball parm sandwiches with fresh mozzarella. The owner was very friendly and made us the most delicious sandwiches, fresh, toasted and lots of sauce. We returned the next day and picked up some sandwiches for lunch. We found this location clean, fully stocked with everything and we had the cookies which were fresh baked and delicious! We highly recommend stopping in and having a sandwich there!“

“July 27, 2024 – My husband and I were in a rush, eager to grab a quick bite before heading to the Seinfeld show. "Let's find something fast, with no waiting," he said, his stomach grumbling like an angry bear.
We spotted a Panda Express. "Perfect," he declared, his eyes lighting up at the sight of the glowing sign. We walked in, and to our delight, there were only two people in front of us. The menus were clear and easy to read, shining like a beacon of quick, tasty food.
Now, I should mention, I'm abstaining from eating because we're going on a cruise tomorrow. I want to save my appetite for the endless buffet! But my husband, well, he couldn't wait. His stomach was demanding attention, and who was I to deny it?
As we stood in line, I watched him eyeing the the chow mein with the intensity of a detective on a hot case. The line moved quickly, and soon enough, he was placing his order.
"One plate of broccoli and chow mein, please," he said, his face filled with anticipation.
I couldn't help but laugh. There he was, my hungry husband, on a mission for a quick bite before our night of comedy. And Panda Express? It was just what he needed. Quick, delicious, and no wait. Perfect for a pre-Seinfeld snack!“

“Food was great but holy hell I hope the supervisor on shift was just having a really bad day because the way she was ranting, and yelling at the other workers made me want to just forget my pick up order and find somewhere else to eat. Very uncomfortable wait.“

“So… we were at this location today (9/09/2024 - 2:15/2:30pm) and let’s say we were both less than impressed and knew I had to leave a review while I am still thinking about the visit.
We’ve been to this location a couple times in the past and it was a better experience.
TWO people here made our visit ‘ok’ and I will tell you, if it wasn’t for them I would have given only 1 star instead of the 4.
The first employee that was GREAT was the young man with a beard, he sliced the deli meats and was SUPER NICE and I appreciate his attention to the customer, asking if we’ve had the deli-meats from Jersey Mike’s before and telling us how good the quality of the meats and cheeses are… and the amount of detail he put into the art of the sandwich. The other person who was GREAT was the other young man with glasses who put the topping/fixings on the sandwich. He was very nice and polite. And I want to complement both of these gentlemen.
The one person who pretty much ruined our trip today was the woman who I think may have been the manager? She had ear plugs with the big holes. I can’t explain her better than that because her interaction with us was minimal, she didn’t look at us, say a word to us, and acted annoyed when we asked for a second container of pepper relish.
Then when the young man at the register (also nice) who may have been new and still learning - asked her how to use our points instead of paying with cash or credit card - she again seemed annoyed that he had to ask her and that it was an inconvenience.
In my opinion - the young man with the beard should be the manager. He definitely has more of a people person attitude and that’s important when dealing with the public.
All it takes is one person/employee to ruin the positive experience that every customer should have. That’s the whole point of a customer service based shop - to hook the customer and keep them coming back.
It will be a little time before we visit this location again.
With that said, our sandwich was delicious!“
“As a loyal customer of Subway, I wanted to share my feedback regarding the recent changes in the small turkey sandwich portion and portions subway has made. While I have no issue with paying a higher price to support our restaurants, I've noticed that the portions have become smaller while the price has increased. As someone who values consistency and quality, I believe it's essential for prices to reflect inflation without compromising on portion size. I would be more than willing to pay a slightly higher price if it means maintaining the portion size we've come to expect from Subway. Ensuring that customers receive value for their money is crucial for maintaining satisfaction and loyalty. The photo shows a small turkey without cheese and mask for extra turkey in lieu of the cheese. Out the door $8.50.I’m not the only one noticing.Subway, the world's largest sandwich chain, has come up with a novel solution to deal with soaring inflation: shrinking its (in)famous footlong sandwiches down to just three inches (7.6cm)Suggestion:To combat inflation without sacrificing quality or portion size, Subway could consider a strategy that prioritizes maintaining old-school portions while adjusting prices to reflect inflation. By keeping portion sizes consistent, Subway can retain loyal customers and uphold its reputation for offering value-driven meals. This approach ensures that customers continue to receive the same satisfying experience they've come to expect from Subway, fostering loyalty and positive word-of-mouth. Additionally, emphasizing quality ingredients and customer satisfaction can further distinguish Subway as a brand that prioritizes both quantity and quality. This balanced approach to fighting inflation can help Subway maintain its competitive edge in the market while preserving customer trust and loyalty.Thank you for considering my feedback.“

“It's a McDonald's and it's what you expect. You should really try the hamburgers and the fries. If you're still hungry try to shake. And if you're really bored go through the drive-in and try that out. Then you can eat in your car and it will smell like the restaurant for the next two days so you can remember the meal you had. One thing I do suggest is to use their app. You can certainly get a healthy discount every time you go when you use it“
