“Stopped after work for my first meal of the day. Chelsea was the only person working and absolutely slammed with orders and working quick, fast, and remained polite despite clearly being overwhelmed at times .
Food was delicious and overall 10/10.
Owner.....give her a shout out. She's a hard worker, which is rare nowadays.“

“I had my first Diary Queen ice cream at the Niantic branch, the heath cup-achino - it had caramel, a chocolate fudge and whippy ice cream. (I can’t remember the exact name. I will definitely have it again and take a photo next time!) It was a sundae. Huge portions. I shared mine with my other half. There was a long queue as everyone was there after the Memorial Parade. I didn’t mind waiting. There’s lots of car parking space outside. It was a take away. The only thing I was sad about was there was no coffee ice cream on the menu. I get that this place is for children, the menu was huge. You don’t want children bouncing off the walls, but adults love ice cream too.“

“Been here a few times now and have tried something different each time I have yet to be let down. Food is amazing, friendly staff and a great location to stop and grab a quick bite. Highly recommend this place definitely one of my favorites now.“

“I came in 7 minutes before they closed, told them I knew it was late and was fine if they just wanted to go home, as I could only imagine the frustration of someone last minute. They said it was okay and took my order, nothing big just two items and verified with them it was alright to be ordering extras like fries that late. Turns out they had two people call out and so it seemed to just be 3 of them holding down the fort. Anyways tipped them in cash and thanked them. As for the food?
Burger? BOMB.
Fries? BOMB.
Don’t come in late like I did though, they don’t deserve that, tip them they definitely deserve that.

“Dairy Queen brings back great memories from years gone by and all year long occasionally I have a meal, which are very good, filling and fun. I occasionally buy an ice cream cake and once in a while go to Dairy Queen for Blizzard treat, i like Strawberry added to Cotton Candy topping & Cotton Candy sprinkles. I have tried a few other flavors. Just as Great. The French Fries & Chicken Fry is Very good. Good Price for Region.“

“I have been coming to Yantic subway for many years. Have had birthday parties there and will continue to do-the same. The staff is so receiving and thoughtful in their service. I recommend Yantic subway to others whenever the opportunity comes up. Will be celebrating with friends and family twice this week The food suits all our needs too te p“

“Really nice CT hole in the wall spot. A bit away from the busy downtown area of Niantic, and right past the famous Book Barn, if you're coming from the North. Inside is nice an cool, with enough space for people to eat. As well as outside tables by the porch or the front of the venue if it's nice and cool.
Eventhough it was busy, these people were fast.
Once you get in, you go right to the front desk and order. If there's a line, make sure to have already picked what you want. Don't wait last second to figure it out. It's not polite. Then pay and get your receipt and your number.
Take a seat and make sure the waiter and waitress sees the number for your food.
We had a pleasant time. They have two doors so you dont have to leave the same way you came in and bathrooms.
If you have children or wheelchair, make sure to have someone to order for you since the first step of the venue is tall. Making it hard to get in for wheelchair ♿ people.
Decent parking space. Just pay attention with the ongoing traffic. People drive too fast and they stop for nothing when you are leaving the plaza.“

“This is a nice McDonald's restaurant in the Walmart Supercenter in Waterford, Connecticut right off US 95 South. Princess, the shift manager is very attentive and also positive

“Excellent food for the price, it was cheap but it was delicious. The daily specials are always something delicious and the customer service is always on point. One thing I personally like is the "secret menu" that they are developing. The staff members are always friendly and my food did not take long to be prepared from when it was ordered.“

“I've always loved going to Jersey Mike's because rheir food is so good but yesterday was different. I ordered online and when I got home after a very long day at work my order was completely wrong. I ordered a number 17 and whatever I got had buffalo sauce which I clearly didn't ask for. when I called they offered for me to go back the same night and they'll remake it but it was late and I didn't want to have to drive all the way back. I was so disappointed because I've never had an issue with them before.“

“It would have been good . Web site wouldn't show combo meal so I drove there and entered and customer looked at me , then started asking her 5 kids what they wanted , so you know what happened .
I smiled at the worker and said guess I'll be going else where .
So Family pizza for tuna grinder with black olives , extra lettuce .
Got home no black lives , onions 😢.

“Assistant Manager Fernando Jr went above and beyond today by personally making and delivering a catering order that I had placed by phone just moments earlier.
I received word that a very dear and close friend of the family passed earlier today. As it is customary to visit the mourning family along with providing a comforting meal, it would have been impossible for me since I reside over 3 hours away. It quickly dawned on me how much Jersey Mike's is loved by everyone and therefore quickly placed a call. My call was answered after just one ring. I explained my situation and was immediately transferred over to Assistant Manager Fernando Jr who had just finished his long day shift and was headed home for the evening.
Assistant Manager Fernando Jr, upon hearing my dilemma, immediately offered his services in assisting me with my situation. He patiently explained the available catering options, took my order, beautifully prepared the large meal order and delivered it personally, two towns away.
I am extremely grateful at the kindness, professionalism and courtesy Assistant Manager Fernando Jr. showed me. He truly exemplifies what the role of management and ownership in Corporate America should be. Thank you!“

“I had a really good experience here all the staff that is working on September 6th 2026 at 1:40 p.m. we're excellent I probably didn't even wait for my food for more than 30 seconds and everything was as I asked for and they were very friendly“

“This has been a terrible week for my family. My cat died, my son got in an awful car accident, and my bank account was hacked. All this and I lost power during the storm and all my refrigerated and frozen was lost. All my disabled daughter and I wanted was some comfort food. Went here with 2 $5 gift cards and some change. Went to pay and the gift cards didn't work. It took me like 30 minutes to get it straightened out. I was dying of embarrassment the whole time and with everything else going on I was very close to a meltdown. I write all this because the young girls at the counter were so kind, respectful and patient with me the entire time. No eye rolls, no signs of frustration, just excellent customer service. You can get Subway anywhere, customer service if this caliber not do much. When I get my money straight I will definitely come back and give these girls a much better tip.“
“I've lived a few blocks away for 2 years but the reviews looked bad so I never tried this location until about 4 months ago. We have now ordered from this place about 5 times online and picked up ourselves and my 17 yr old has walked there to order. Everytime every grinder is perfect!! People are friendly, food is fresh and delicious, what more can I ask for. Sorry I didn't try it sooner.“

“Usually this Wendy's has been really slow in the past but I just wanna say whatever they're paying Kyle I believe his name was he may have said Ky, either way pay that gentleman more! He was friendly, addressed everything super easily for me (my wife is complicated)...that dude is on his way places...you never know how far manors and being respectful can get you. He made an otherwise annoying errand for my wife, super quick and easy!!“

“I had a great experience at this Subway! The place was clean and had a bright, fresh atmosphere that made it really inviting. My sandwich was made exactly how I wanted — fresh bread, crisp veggies, and generous portions. I also appreciated the ample indoor seating, which made it nice to sit down and enjoy my meal comfortably. Definitely one of the best Subway visits I’ve had!“

“I just recently stopped in for my first time, and the employees there were so friendly & patient. My order came out great, and was quick. The pricing was good too. I will be back!! :) Very clean and nice looking place, as well. I wish I left more of a tip but I will next time. I can't always tip, as I don't have much myself. “I was just at subway a couple hours ago, 6-7 pm 2/12/2023 and the gentleman there made me the best subway sandwich. He also was very friendly, made my sandwich perfectly, but the nicest part is it’s the end of the work day and he still had a smile while dealing with me.
Vegetarian options: All of my veggies was crisp and flavorful. Usually I’ll take stuff out if the texture is off but this one was perfect!“
“I'll always be a fan of dipped cones and hot fudge sundays from Dairy Queen. Service was kind of weird. The guy working here wasn't around and the place was dark when we arrived in the evening. Then he came out and served people for a little over an hour. Then the lights went out again, so I'm not sure what their hours are. He was friendly though. I was also really excited to see the variety of flavors for dipped cones! chocolate, cherry, dreamsicle (which I hope to try when it isn't sold out) and butterscotch“

“A solid chick fil a location.
This is our go to for breakfast while at Mohegan Sun. It opens at 9 which is a little late for my liking but the staff is great and the prices are normal and are not casino high.
Definitely a great spot for a great meal.“
