The parking lot is tight and people always beeping to get out of spots and clustered. Attitude behind the counter was good he seemed oblivious to the nasty attitudes from customers so not helpful when you just want peace to come and go without confrontation. Loud music from cars when walking in and out, the environment makes you want to lock your doors and watch everything. The food though is great. Although I watched the cook give and take money then come over put gloves on and make my to go order. Washing hands is very important to me .“

I frequent this location on Tuesdays, although I live in Waterbury. Kaci, the bartender, is the best! She is attentive, professional and friendly. I dined on a Monday a few weeks ago and was served by Taylor- he was just as pleasant and attentive.

While this location appears short staff to me, the customer service is always on point!

The Verdict: BOGO on Tuesdays if you are a rewards member. Daily happy hour specials, from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., from Monday through Friday. I highly recommend this location for great bar food and wings.
