“Last night we tried Sol Cafe for the first time. It is truly a hidden gem. The people are so nice, prices very reasonable and the restaurant is clean and comfortable. The food was out of this world! Our only regret was that we had not tried it sooner. Will be going back again soon!“

“Great Mexican! We loved the street corn queso with adult Doritos! Yum! If you like cocktail shrimp- it was best I’ve had in Litchfield county with gazpacho! I had a double order for dinner. Finally cocktails - we enjoyed the spicy margarita & red blood orange sangria! Definitely coming back! Don’t miss this place!“

“I absolutely LOVE this place. I almost wish they had a bigger spot and were open 24/7. lol. Seriously it's the most authentic and priced perfect. The chicken & rice is a staple at my house as well as the Cuban. You Ccant beat the little horn looking deserts filled w some delicious cream. I need to venture and try some other items considering I've ordered 50
